The Aventador is so unreliable

Title did just remind me of a recent experience, was in Monaco with several other lambos, decided to convoy up the hills for a group shot, leaving casino square made a bit of noise

Well this thread turned into something else! Wow...

I was in Monaco for a couple weeks I left about 11-12 days ago. Saw a pile of Lambos there. More than normal it seemed. I was wishing I had one of mine there. I think next summer I'm shipping one over.

i figured it out by seeing his lambo on here and then the lambo in the news in the same colour , laser jammers, etc

His is the yellow S in the picture, I don't know him but one of the guys did so we all had lunch together when we were there, I was at the opposite end of the big table so never got to speak with him other than to say hi. But he seems to have some serious cars! He was also very helpful to us as the police there were having a hissy fit about parking and he managed to sort it for us which was very kind.

 

We went St Tropez, Monaco, Portafino, Italian Lakes, will dig out some pics as the official tour was a lot more Lambo's.

 

To be honest driving wasn't that great as all were very busy in high season, would only go out of season if doing it again as constant traffic even cross country and off the beaten track. Up in the mountain passes where it was quietist was the best bit.

Unfortunately not many pics as it was all vids, lots of Sv's and S's and a Centenario lakes tour bit was run by factory 35 cars from dealer group there, other dealer is doing the same next month and I think the Germain dealer group also does the same.

On a side note car tax is VERY HIGH in Thailand, I think 324% IIRC, a well used Aventador there is well over $1M USD, its like Denmark with the car tax's. So he was making SERIOUS $$$.

 

Sad situation, he got trapped up in some very serious charges, I wish his family the best.

Let me know when your ready, I have a couple cars i'd like to ship over for a while. I'm gonna buy A Ferrari there next year, I looked at a 812 SuperFast and wow what a nice car. It's funny I like Ferrari's in Europe more than in America. They look better there for some reason.

 

I am going to build something in Europe so I can house few cars there, pm me if you are interested in parking something also.
