La Ferrari and GT3 rip through Beverly Hills

The owner of the ThethetheFerrari is a younger brother of the current ruler of Qatar. Assuming he was the driver in the video, it's highly unlikely he will be punished. Who ever was driving the car, had to believe he could kill someone and get away with it.

So you are a very well known porn star......

I saw him at JFK once at the security check in line . Why would anyone think he's loaded ? Male pornstars don't get paid shit. The only male pornstar that I've heard of with money is Jenna Jameson ex husband whose name escapes me. And I think he came from money which explains it. I saw him driving a Phantom one time in Scottsdale.

Opening up a business in the US if non-resident

If you already own an existing business, you can open a subsidiary in the US and get yourself an L-1A visa. Might be worth looking into. You don't have to be a US resident to set up a US based Corporation or LLC. If you don't physically want to be in the US, just set up a US Corp or LLC and make the Corp/LLC 50%( or whatever agreed upon percentage) owner of the business you are looking to set up with this US based partner. State the percentage of ownership in the articles of incorporation and what profits you shall be receiving. Open a bank account for your corp/llc and have your partner deposit your share of profits into the acct. Either way its best to speak to an attorney especially if there is going to be a lot of money involved in this business.

  7. For those that still care, the search has moved 685 miles Northeast of the original search area !! Australian authorities said on Friday they were shifting the focus of their Indian Ocean search for the wreckage of Malaysia's missing jet, moving it 1,100 km (685 miles) to the northeast after receiving new information from Malaysia. http://www.reuters.com/article/2014/03/28/...EA2701720140328 Unfreakinbelievable !!!
  8. Nope just piecing together the facts. 1) Malaysia unwillingness to release full cargo manifest http://www.news.com.au/travel/travel-updat...q-1226863022091 MALAYSIA’S continuing refusal to share the cargo manifest for Flight MH370 with an Australian-led search and rescue operation will hamper the effort to find the missing aircraft, an aviation expert says. It is part of mounting concerns about the way in which Malaysian authorities have handled the search for the missing aircraft as it enters its third week. Strategic Aviation Solutions chairman Neil Hansford said it also suggests Malaysian authorities are not being fully transparent about what the Boeing 777-200ER, which disappeared on March 8 an hour into a journey from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing, was carrying. “To me, there is no reason why they wouldn’t declare the cargo manifest unless you’ve got something to hide,” he said. So evidently there was something on board that Malaysia is trying to hide from the rest of the world. And there is probably a better than 50% probability that whatever was on board was the cause of the planes disappearance. Occams razor - Suspicious cargo on board, plane disappears. 2) Remote control hijacking ? http://www.flightglobal.com/news/articles/...ijacked-210869/ Boeing last week received a US patent for a system that, once activated, removes all control from pilots to automatically return a commercial airliner to a predetermined landing location. The “uninterruptible” autopilot would be activated – either by pilots, by onboard sensors, or even remotely via radio or satellite links by government agencies like the Central Intelligence Agency, if terrorists attempt to gain control of a flight deck. 3) Diego Garcia was directly in the flights path and the most remote location the plane could have landed without being discovered. There have also been plenty of reports in the Chinese media suggesting MH370 landed in Diego Garcia and additionally it was 1 of 5 runways programmed into Captain Zaharies flight simulator. If MH370 did land somewhere, Diego Garcia would be the location with the highest probability. http://www.ibtimes.co.uk/missing-malaysia-...ys-near-1440689 4) Changes in altitude - 35,000 to 45,000 feet and back down to 10,000 feet. Numerous news articles and evidence of this . Therefore high probability of rapid decompression and passengers (and probably pilots) passing out (dying). Analyzing the different theories i) Hijacking/terrorism - Pretty much ruled out. Passengers have been cleared and no terrorist affiliations or reasons for hijacking. ii) Mechanical issue - Theory has been shot down . The flight path was altered via computer prior to ACARS being switched off someone deliberately changed the flight path to unspecified coordinates far off from original destination. Highly unlikely for this to be a mechanical issue. iii) Pilot suicide - Lack of motive. The younger pilot was engaged to get married. The other was a highly experienced pilot and suicide doesn't seem a logical explanation. Besides why fly for 7 hours way off course if you're simply planning to crash the plane ? iv) Political protest - Possible, but why risk flying the plane to the middle of no where and crashing it. It would make more sense to keep the plane in the air, with an airport close by so in the event fuel runs out, they could glide in and land. v) Cargo on board headed for China that needed to be intercepted - Possible. Someone didn't want that plane to reach China. I think this is the most plausible theory especially in light of the fact Malaysia is refusing to disclose what was on board. (note i'm not adding aliens, black holes and stuff that is far t0o outlandish. Most would agree that the above 5 are the most likely scenarios) So if one agrees theory V is the most plausible, then who is the most likely to have carried it out ? a) China - Plane was heading to China with cargo most likely for the Chinese govt. Doubt they were responsible. b ) AlQaida - Doubtful. c) Malaysia - possible in light of how they've handled the investigation and changed stories so frequently. Maybe they didn't want that cargo reaching China. Then again would they have the means to remotely hijack that plane ? d) US - Cargo could have been something of national security importance and they had to act, innocent lives be damned. Not to mention they most certainly have the technical know how of how to remotely take control of a Boeing 777 and divert it. e) Someone else ? - possible but who ? Russia to divert attention from the Ukraine ? So my entire theory is based on suspicious cargo on board MH370 being sent to China. This suspicious cargo was the likely reason for plane's disappearance. If we rule out pilots, hijackers and mechanical issues, remote hijacking is the most probable means of diverting the plane. And if we look at the suspects, the party with the means to pull this off and the motive would be the US. Can't rule out Malaysia or China but the Malaysians seem genuinely confused about the incident and China seems pretty pissed. Off to lick some moped batteries. Ciao
  9. Possible but unlikely. Surely the pilots would have landed somewhere if they realized they were running out of fuel. I think a more plausible theory is that there was something on board the plane in the cargo ( hence reluctance of Malaysia to release manifest) that was on its way to China and someone didn't want it getting there (US ?). So the plane was hijacked (remotely) , diverted to Indian ocean after killing everyone on board via decompression taking it to 45,000 ft and subsequently dropping under 10,000 ft to avoid radars. Plane was flown 7 hrs till fuel ran out so black box will irrelevant since it only records last 2 hrs and everyone incl pilots were dead. The party that was responsible for remote hijacking probably extracted the suspicious cargo probably by landing it somewhere (diego garcia ?) before sending plane back towards the southern Indian ocean. Hence the plane was missing for almost 2 weeks.

    Worst Modern Car You've Driven

Good to see I'm not the only one who thinks the Prius is a POS. No power whatsoever. My right leg hurt from all the effort expended in pressing the gas pedal to get any power out of that car. Felt like I was riding a bicycle. I once had the misfortune of renting a Nissan Versa. Never again. And there was this one time I had to endure the ignominy of driving a 2003 ? model Hyundai Elantra for a week. I actually had to keep one hand holding the door handles because it felt like the doors would fly off every time I went above 50. And those Smartcars, never driven one but they look like shopping carts . I'd feel safer riding a Costco shopping cart than one of those.
  11. Australia may have found the wreck. News conference within the hour.
  12. The Gulf of Thailand where the plane is thought to have gone down has a mean depth of 45 meters and a maximum depth of 80 meters . That's slightly more than the length of an Olympic pool !! The plane should be sticking out of the water. Either it was blown to pieces or didn't go down over water.
  13. The vast majority of plane crashes happen during take off and landing and as a frequent flyer, the only time I feel a little fear is during take off. Once we're above a certain altitude, I feel quite relaxed the rest of the flight. Hearing stories like this of a 300 passenger Boeing 777 just falling from the sky 2 hours into flight scares the crap out of me.
