Plenty of ways to make the battery last much longer than out of the box. Wakelocks and such are major drainers, as well as having the AMOLED set to full brightness. The app Better Battery will chart out what is systematically draining the battery and you can adjust accordingly. When I got mine in I was no joke getting 4h33min of battery life from fully charged to less than 5%. Downloaded Better Battery and set my screen to automatic adjusting and have gotten 1d8hr42min from full charge to less that 10%. It's a different phone now. That number is with moderate/high use. Just an FYI for you people with Sharp 3D tvs. I like the Sharp glasses and they retail for $100 where I am. You can buy the active 3D glasses made by Playstation for $49.99 at Best Buy and online. There is absolutely no quality difference in them at all. Just minor design differences and how you have to charge them. Best

I have the same Sharp 60LE835 and it's fantastic. I called Sharp and got an Extended 4 year FULL replacement warranty for $150, as opposed to the stores $400 warranty. I like the Samsung also, but the 55" is about $900 more than the 60" Sharp. Can't argue with the price break, and quality is there with both. Best

I have a 28' Donzi ZX for fun/cruising and a 21' Moomba Outback for pulling. Both are inexpensive on the used market, and both are great fun. Neither will win the hearts of the hoes if that is your aim, however. I have never done any repair work on the Moomba to date. Good amount of hours on it too. The Donzi was overheating on me after 10 mins on the water so I decided to do the repair myself as I like to tinker. The boat was in brackish and salt water so I started with the easiest solution and checked the exhaust manifold/riser. The manifolds have water pass through them and the cast manifold had rusted and cracked. This let exhaust fumes into the circulating water, thus causing the overheating. The parts are no where near cheap (From Mercruiser I believe I paid ~1200-1400 in parts. That's just for port manifold, riser, spacers, water fittings and gaskets. Certified repair shop wanted a little over $3500 for the job, and he said it was a low estimate because of the hours. Other than that no issues. My point is, I play with my boats and I will get my hands dirty. Both of my boats are single engine, and maintained properly. I got the Donzi for less that $40k at just a few years old. Bought the Moomba new, and paid close to the same. Two different toys completely, and not a whole lot invested. Depending on how you want this boat to work, and what you want it to do, there are a lot of options that won't kill the bank and will net you more fun than you can imagine. Just remember if you're buying used buy from a trusted reseller, or try to buy an extended warranty if you don't want to fix small issues themselves. Best of luck!

I would have a hard time believing you can compel much of anything on a minor but they may. I'd have to agree with RD though, because I doubt they will let the past evidence in. It will be more gas on the fire because it will set precedents that if it looks like you're a thug before you get killed then it most likely is the reason you're in the morgue anyway. I think they have enough facts of that night to not let the defense put Trayvon's past on trial, as opposed to Zimmerman's actions of the night in question. Best

It will crash sooner than people think, so I agree with Destructo. I also agree with Studley, however. It's just the next move to make Facebook all inclusive. I think that will be part of their unraveling. They have been harvesting terabytes of personal data since the beginning which was their square one goal. The users want to stay in touch, and the advertiser want to do the same. It's all part of the tailored advertising way of the future. When you can make the users experience cater to their interest everyone with a four figure and above advertising budget will want to come and play. I've always tried to pinpoint which group will target them first and cite personal information exploitation as the genesis of their cause. Anyone want to take a stab and throw out a guess? Best
