why didn't the dealer swap the headliner to do the job correctly? i don't think there is foul play but you can compare build sheet as someone already sugguested. doesn't sound you are bothered by it. however, i think it may be a resale problem in future. potential buyer may think something happened. so, make sure you get everything in writing to document this for future resale sake.

Asus makes horrible computers just like Acer. Both of these Taiwanese PC brands continue to make crap IMO. Dont be fooled by their slick design, they are very unreliable and aren't cheap either. They freeze and are slow. When it comes to laptops, I stick with Toshiba, Lenovo and maybe even Dell.

the color is just a dye, not going to mess up the mixture. pink, green, orange, what ever, doesn't matter for flush, the technique jefflambo mentioned certainly works. use distill water to make the mixture. i think 50-50 or 40-60 is good if you are in hot weather places. otherwise, I'd keep definitely 50-50.

i think all is reasonable as long as you have it documented. you need to provide estimates on the refunds you kept to tenant. dont be afraid of lawyers. there are tons of them out there and most of them never step into a court before. they just try to scare you and talk nonsense. i have sued 2x including 1 successful eviction. also was sued onced for refund by a realtor tentant. won each case by either default or out of court. it's a bitch to get court papers together. i dont think law favors tenant. it just takes a few months to get legal actions.

actuator is around $6k i heard. i also read on this forum that lambo doesnt sell the actuator by itself anymore. the whole tranny is like $24k which is what I am worried about. i can afford $6k but $24k is outrageous. you should take ur car to dealer to fix it soon. they may even cover it if it's only a couple months out of warranty. maybe it's just a clogged hose. when u r at a light, it's supposed to go to N after 30 sec or so to save clutch. if it doesn't you will wear ur clutch quickly which is another $5-9k.

I think it's a repair after failure. Not a preventive maintenance. You should get your car fixed though. Coast in neutral will help reduce clutch wear. I think it's out of warranty though. 07 has a 2 yr warranty.
