  1. I run Kenwood front speakers under the stock speaker covers. Much better quality sound than the factory units.
  2. Sooo.... basically gave away a set a few years ago. Didn't realize they were that rare. fcuk.
  3. When the R8 owner missed that second punch after clearing the tackle. #moveslikejagger
  4. Based off of eBay listings, I'd say $200k+
  5. He pushed the turn at the end too hard and went into the barriers. From the commentator, sounds like the driver was getting comfortable with his turn-in speed and overshot the turn. Either way, I'd rather see a Veyron with a boo-boo than collecting dust.
  6. Would be easy for either of the cars to use the current engine in rwd configuration and electric motors driving the front.
  7. Here are SV wheels (same offset as Hermera) with my 20mm spacer.
  8. It can out stop the Hyundai Santa Fe, but can't out stop a 2006 Nissan Murano from 60mph.
  9. PM Gonzo. The belt cannot be centered on the pulley, it has to be on one side otherwise it will get thrown.
  10. Thanks everyone! It's on the factory alignment, but there is a little camber.
  11. I drove LP610 and LP700 back to back. I prefer the size and feel of the 700, but the 610 is much more nimble. Definitely drive them both as they have completely different characteristics. The 610 is a better car. I got back in LP Murci and it felt ancient. It's amazing how much different the Perf is compared to the 610. All of the changes are much more drastic from the driver's seat than what I was expecting.

    Brakes

Seems very odd that any of your brake components need replacing.
  13. I didn't weigh the SV wheels when they came in, so I can't attest to any savings between them and the Hermera. Since I'm adding rear wheel spacers, the weight savings are likely offset. My car originally came with Hercules, then I swapped to Hermera and now SV. That looks great
  14. I assume they are 18x13 rear and 18x7 (or 18x8) front. Like Ag02M5 said, MURCIVU should have the specs.
  15. Glad you went with D SV wheels, will look great. Just have to hit up Double. Otherwise, call everyone you know who has SV's and see if there's anything taking up space in their garage. I just lucked out and picked up a set. I LOVE that wheel.
  16. Thanks! Thanks for the info on them. R888r is very sticky tire, so there are no traction issues (I have to drop the clutch or stab the throttle to get wheelspin). I can launch the car HARD now. The fronts are 255 width, so it has MUCH better turn in characteristics than standard Pirelli and the car feels much lighter in the canyons. I think the R888r is probably similar to Trofeo R but at a fraction of the cost, but R888r requires 2WD. Spacer will likely be under 10mm. My rear suspension fully compresses 3 times going in and out of my garage, so it still has to tuck into the fender. Majority of people will not notice it. But with the wider front tire siting flush with the fender, the difference in track width looks odd.
