  3. Thanks for the info. I have been intermittent fasting for several months now. I love it. I plan on adding this coffee to my morning routine next week. Hopefully it helps my focus.
  4. I started reading about coffee with grass fed butter and MCT oil. It is supposed to give you more mental ability and help turn on fat burning. Anyone here try it?
  5. Why the lack of communication? Plane has over 5 transponders that are battery operated, they release a signal once they see salt water. Signal can be detected by satellites. Why haven't these gone off? What are the chances that a plane with this safety history crashes at the same time 2 people with stolen passports are on board?
  6. Key information can be received if the police put a little heat on the 2 people that had there passports stolen. Good chance passports were bought from them and not stolen.
  7. I think it is not true the idea that not eating every few hours will hurt your metabolism. Up Until 150 years ago humans were lucky to eat once a day. Last time I checked our ancestors didnt take any preworkout drink before hunting a deer or whatever. We are not made to eat every 4 hours. During the fasting state your body does more healing and hormone production then when in digestion state. Every weekend (sat and sun morning) I workout in a fasted state, last meal 14 hours ago and I feel great. They are typically my best workouts and I set new PR's. The weekdays I can only workout in late afternoon and my workouts are not as strong. Once you get used to fasting it is a really great tool.
  8. Have any of you guys tried intermittent fasting. You fast for 16 hours and eat all your food within an 8 hour window. My last meal is 8pm. I dont eat until next day noon. Only water, black coffee, or zero calorie drinks. So far I have been doing this for 6 weeks and I like it. Better concentration during work, more energy, I snack and binge less. First few days are tough, then you get used to it.

  13. I don't wear this enough to bother with setting the year. But one of my fav watches. This is one of the earlier versions with solid gold counterweight. Newer ones went to stainless.

    Organic Foods

    I've been reading Master Your Metaboism by Jillian Michaels. So far if half is true I think I am going to do my best eating organic foods. From what I am reading if you are able to stick with organic foods your body will be more efficient at processing these foods. Have any of you guys converted to organic? How have the results been. Is it all hype or did you notice some differences.
