  1. Kevin-Gorgeous cars and enjoy driving them both.
  2. I truly feel for you. There is NOTHING worse than a shitty cross country move. Not too dissimilar from your experience, I once had to call the cops to break up a fight between two movers that I had hired. I even once had a woman leave the job because her water broke. Enjoy the new digs and pour yourself a strong one and put this in the rear view mirror.
  3. Unfortunately, Assman is correct, patients under two years of age that are diagnosed with AML typically do not do well. Cytogenetics and a few other factors are important prognostic indicators. Hope that the child does well.
  4. No, the red stuff is not lividity. It looks to primarily be dried blood. The quality of the picture is such that I really can't definitively say that there is much beyond a single GSW and an abrasion.
  5. The gash on the left side is a thoracotomy incision and a pretty crappy one at that.
  6. The piece of wood under the shoulders is something that we use in the morgue to elevate the shoulders/head prior to an autopsy, but I just can't definitively say that the injuries I see in this picture are consistent with the known history.
  7. What kind of injuries did the dead brother reportedly incur? Not sure if I am buying this pix.
  8. 5 points for Dr. Death on this one.
  9. He was one of the good guys.
  10. Epic would certainly describe that expedition. I drove my Countach from Portland to Seattle and back once and that was enough for me. Major props if you can pull that trip off in the car. My biggest fear would be where I would park the car at nite and feel safe about leaving it.

  12. Ferruccio Lamborghini 4-28-16 to 2-20-93
  13. Had repetitive bad experiences with Automotive Restorations Inc. in Stratford, CT with my Countach and would not recommend.

    There we go...

    That is pretty good.
  15. If you have any questions after you get the pathology report, shout at me. Based upon what you have posted, sounds like it is most likely a benign adenoma, and you should be free and clear.
  16. Dead at age 89. The only reason I post this is that his son was my Countach mechanic for a long time, and I beat RD to the post http://todayentertainment.today.com/_news/...died-at-89?lite
  17. Sean Connery Annette Funicello Al Molinaro And the one sure candidate: The US economy
  18. RIP Jack, you served as a inspiration for many of us.

    John Fitch-RIP

This guy was a legend-those of us in the NE would routinely see him at Lime Rock. http://www.autoweek.com/article/20121031/ALMS/121019873
  20. Even Felix Baumgartner could not exceed the speed of Armstrong's free fall. BTW, where is Top Carbon? He has been MIA for awhile and would have been all over this story.
  21. Quick summary-he said that the Ursus has no definitive release date. Sales were slower in China but recent sales have picked up in the US, middle east and select european markets.
  22. Dammit all, I was really hoping to beat RD to the post on this one.
  23. Finally, some justice in the sport has been served. I guess this means that LeMonde is still the only American to win the Tour.
