Allan-Herbie Report post Posted September 16, 2011 I think the pre 300zx headlight SV's look much better. Congrats. I agree! The 99 interior is better though, but the headlights look out of place inmo on anything but the 6.0 . Driving the car yesterday from the City of Industry to my house is such a love hate relationship.. No worries as traffic is flowing.. Come to a dead stop and it SUCKS. Turned on the a/c and Im still sweating. get to my house and Im sopping wet. Clutch effort isnt bad, and good god does the car feel SLOWWWWWWWW... Herbie, the 458 whatever would just obliterate it. Had to run to Fed Ex and my other cars were blocked so I jumped in Deuces Cayman S.. Great! Something that is SLOWER than the SV! Come back and decide to take the Sv out again for a nice ride in the canyons.. Its cooler outside now, no traffic and off we go.. Had a blast.. You can see with the long gears how the car would be soo much fun with TT's.. The car shift is sooo slow that it will never be a drag racer for some in gear hwy pulls would be bad ass! ArytonS Report post Posted September 16, 2011 Your car or Alex's? Regardless, it looks absolutely awesome. There is still nothing as striking on the road when you see a Diablo, Countach, or Miura. Somehow, while the newer Lambos don't exactly blend in, they don't create the same sense of awe the older cars do - even if you have to sacrifice some speed. Modo Report post Posted September 16, 2011 It just dawned on me, did you have your white SV here in Cali? I remember years ago seeing a white SV blasting up and down Rodeo Dr. I'm almost certain it was you and rakjoe.

azlambo Report post Posted September 16, 2011 Allan, The A/C in my Diablo gets down to 28 degrees! Recharge that thing! (My Gallardo only gets to 38) Also, Get the "SV" vinyl done correctly. The passenger side isn't that bad, but the driver's side is way off. AZLambo edit: Actually, the passenger side IS that bad also! :-)

Smash Boy Report post Posted September 16, 2011 Hmmm.. car too slowww to vbox.. HAHA Where do you notice the speed difference the most....low rpm, mid, high? Down low I wager is where the biggest difference is. The top end didn't seem to be a slouch IMHO.
