Jpegs13 Report post Posted February 8, 2014 What's the stress? Approvals ? Weather delays, permit hold ups, general nonsense
Fortis Report post Posted February 8, 2014 Weather delays, permit hold ups, general nonsense I see, weather is the killer, demolition and construction permits here are left to private certification companies to handle, they report to the government and if you have the right relationship with the private certifiers you can get things done very smoothly. I guess all systems go for you now, you must be excited to get back into it!

Chimay52 Report post Posted March 3, 2014 I've made a few notes and changes to the Architect's 2nd go around. I deal with architects all the time, they love when you change their stuff up. Hehehe! If you really want to balance it out you should put another 3 car garage on the other side of the house too. More cars = more happy.
