Congrats Allan. I can't believe the mish mash that was there. Sheetrock on Plywood?? Parquet floors, platforms everywhere.. Odd to say the least.

It's going to be awesome, the views are spectacular

Is it ready to move in? :headbang:

Not anymore...some dude in Austrailia just ruined his perfect plan.

I have no clue what the status of the house is. I have been curious after he posted about demolishing the existing structures.

Property is for sale. Constant battles with the Village made an enjoyable experience, miserable. Never got a shovel in the ground

Nooo, are you serious?

I am truly sorry to hear it, I was just speaking with VCR about the exact same thing, you guys are having it very rough when it comes to planning!

Sorry once again, I was looking forward to seeing what a true pro can do!

I am very sorry to hear that. But, most unfortunately, It's neither the first nor the last time I hear this. And I'd been through similar BS myself. Most disappointing. Hope you will find another piece and able to build it just as you planned it.

See? I told you so. It's not the owner but his neighbours that decide how HIS house should be built! :eusa_wall:

What style are you going to do the interior in? I can't wait to see it!

I love the views from the house... Even from the first floor...

That's bad ass. Single pane frameless for sure.

My bedroom is 30 feet long, so I will be approx 30 feet away from my TV which will be hung on top of the fireplace... My wife thinks a 65 inch tv is big enough :eusa_think:

They are moving along quickly!

I was thinking the same thing.

I hope you got a good deal on this house for all the work you are doing. Basically a complete gut.
