SingleSeat Report post Posted August 11, 2015 Incredible drive. That side view of all those cars on the road really shows off the nose-low lean-forward aggressive sexiness of the Diablo, unlike any other car! Were you concerned with hitting a roo at 180mph? ! Exactly what I was thinking. This cat down under has some brass ones.

darth sidious Report post Posted August 11, 2015 Fantastic photos. I particularly like the shot of the cars lined up with Ayers Rock / Uluru as the backdrop. The dash shot at 300 show the gauges sitting fine. At 24 to 29 deg its a wonder you had room in the boot for all the winter garb that would be required. I too am going to resist mentioning the Ashes result.

andecorp Report post Posted August 22, 2015 Exactly what I was thinking. This cat down under has some brass ones. They certainly hang heavy On a serious note, I've been doing stuff like this for years, including track work, but this was the first time ever when I got scared - at 280kph I hit a bump and I felt the ass of the car get light and wanting to go forward quicker than the front. For a few seconds I was just a passenger with no control over the car. It was VERY frightening. Never had a moment like that before, where I was totally out of control in a vehicle.
