But, I assume everyone is carrying. That's why I plan on discharging my weapon first. Why do I have to be in a CCW state? CCW only applies to carry on your person not in your automobile (most states view a car as an extension of your home). So if the weapon is not concealed (under the seat, in the glove box, etc.) its legal to have inside your car (laying in the seat, on the dash, etc.). At least in the state I reside in. Your assuming these thugs have nothing to live for. ie--not scatter like roaches because they DO have something to live for. Waiting on LEO is foolish.
