  1. In the sun it´s 36dg C here today, shade at about 27 dg C ( Spain )
  2. http://www.lambopower.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=53976 For the second time.
  3. I never cured the leak even after seven years of ownership. The leak is from the driveshaft seal, complete engine out to do it. I replaced mine at least three times, but always a small leak. You will find it does not leak so much when diven as the seal expands, then when you stop it cools and leaks again. Live with it until the motor has to come out again.
  4. Just been there in my Bentley Arnage T Great time. Cannes was the best for driving, Monaco & Nice were the worst. I went to St Tropèz which was a pain BUT if you take the road back to the motorway as though you were heading for the South of France the sat nav takes you on an absolutely fantastic road, IMO better than the Col de Torini, it sweeps and turns with some hairpins but allows very high speed conering ( even in the Bentley lol ) Have a great trip, it is worth it
  5. Hate to be the one who says it first but 95% are black yobs. Bring in the army now and shoot the mother-----rs. One of our MP´s, Enoch Powell, who died a while back wrote a speech called the " Rivers of blood " it reffered to the amount of immigration that was going on in the 60´s and 70´s. It warned that the blacks would take over and cause riots, rape and looting. Well Enoch Powell was censured and banned for a while, now if you ask the UK population I think you would get a 75% response agreeing he was right
  6. I tested the fuel economy twice. Once leaving here for Madrid, this is virtually all uphill, a slow climb up to the central spanish plain, we achieved exactly 16.4 MPG. On from there to Santander which is mountainous but fairly level for most of the way, we achieved 19.6 MPG ( UK Gallons ) The speeds on these parts were about 70 to 90 MPH cruising with empty motorways. I Germany on the unlimited sections of the autobahns i got to 150 MPH briefly and about 100 MPH average, the fuel then was about 12.8 but not so accurate as before. The fuel capacity of the tank gave a good long distance capacity. The cost of fuel in France, Germany and Italy made me very happy to fill up again in Spain. Also in Italy ( home of Ferrari Lambo etc ) it was sometimes difficult to get 98 octane fuel which the Arnage needs ( but they say you can use 95 for one tankful )
  7. Did you like the mileage. ? do not understand !
  8. Having just completed a 3200 mile tour of UK, Germany, Italy and France I will write it up later, to sum it up the car and comfort were unbeatable. I saw only one other Arnage T500 in Monaco and it had flagstaffs on it, with flags !! Drove the Col de Torini ( in the rain ) fantastic but the car was a bit long for the tight bends. (Pics) See pics for the entrance to the FI GP tunnel at Monaco
  9. Lochnagar, very rare but worth finding it. Not so expensive either
  10. First I have to say I am an absolute Monarchist. The current Queen especially. Someone asked what do they actually do. Well for one they work extremely hard promoting Britain and Britains business and our traditions. This on its own earns hundreds of millions of pounds every year in tourism. No one else in the world can do pagentry like the Brits can. Look around the world for the most stable countries, they are all part of ( with the exception of the US ) part of the British commonwealth ( and of course we exported most of the US population from various parts of old empire ) (lol ) So stand up and raise your glasses one and all !!
  11. Yes traded the countach for the Bentley plus cash ( for me ) a bit early for an in depth review but initial impressions are, incredible power & torque, don't like the gears at very low speed. Normal driving speed is great. Going on a euro grand tour in july, uk, germany, austria, italy, france and back to Spain, after that i will be able to report on it's real " grand tourer " abilities
  12. where did the picture go !! Ah !! here they are
  13. My new arrival, 2008 500T Mulliner stage 11
  14. Branson has just anounced his personal dive ship that can take one person down to over 35000 feet !!
  15. Well as my countach has now left for the UK and its new owner I need a refund, not new scrap parts !!
  16. I also hope that Kurt steps up and does the right thing and offers refunds before it has to go to the next level which I am certainly prepared to do. ME TOO If we all help with the legal costs it would help, mind you is there any money out there to pay us back ??
  17. I am afraid I now agree with Debriga, can I have my money back please
