Perf numbers were underwhelming unfortunately. I'd love to hear about it. 720S is nothing short of incredible though.

I drove the Perf at Lambo Paramus today. This is by far the most incredible car I've ever driven. 720S was fast but felt... blah. No emotion. The drive of this Perf was a visceral heaven and was an attack on all my senses. The leap from a regular Huracan, to this, is monumental. Brooks, it really surprised me to read you didn't feel a big difference from the H. I thought it was a huge difference. Perf is truly the car with all the emotion and 720S is for the tech junkie.

Why wouldn't viper team pick the craziest street legal tires? Why limit the tires after all that effort to get there? I'm far from a tire pro, but maybe the higher treadwear doesn't affect grip? I just drove a 720S 30 minutes ago. It is a perfect car, mechanically. Anyone who has driven it will know what I'm talking about. Soft close doors for christ sakes??? Visibility is insane. Power is amazing for a stock car. I did 145 on a quick burst. Gizmos and gadgets all work great. I'm fine with the looks but I know it's an opinion. The wheels on the one I drove are the most gorgeous stock wheels I've ever seen. BUT, I don't care to switch my Perf order to 720S. Firstly I could care less to use either one on the street as it's like going to a strip club. You can't go balls deep... At least in NJ you can't... lol. I strictly want my guys to truck a car to my track of choice, and I will arrive in my Rolls or 640, rape the Performante on Trofeo Rs, and then my guy trucks it back. Perf > 720S on the track, I am pretty sure.... Both useless on the street.

If that's the case, as soon as I hear Sept/Oct delivery, I will most likely cancel the Perf and get a higher mile 580 coupe and put Trofeo R's on it and just run that... It would suck to get in with all but 2 months to cruise before temps drop/snow.
