    Tip movers?

I worked as a mover in college. I got tips sometimes, anywhere from $10 - $50 depending on what I was moving etc. -J
  2. To have the money to afford these cars, and then he does that to them??? People with this kind of taste should buy.......REPLICAS!!! -J
  3. Take-out from Outback?
  4. Ok, how about trade for an 03 Nissan 350Z?? Just thought I would throw it out there.....
  5. Just read that. it is absolutely ridicules. Pretty soon it will be illegal form us to mow our own lawns unless we are a licensed landscaper...
  6. -As far as a good multi, I use Animal Pack, but it will turn your urine a lovely color yellow. This is because the quantity of the different vitamins in the pack. -I would stay away from protein bars, unless you don't have anything else to eat. They are usually much higher in fat and carbs. When it come to powders, SYNTHA 6 by BSN is the best tasting protein out there. Mixes up good, not clumpy or anything. It is a little higher in carbs and fat than others but when you drop the fat, carbs, sugar, etc. you will sacrifice taste. I use Whey Pro by ProLine, or 100% Whey by Optimum Nutrition. Both taste good, but lower in the fat and calories. -As far as recovery, a really good "all-in-one" supplement would be AfterShock by Myogenix. It has fast absorbing carbs, protein, krealklyn creatine, branch chain amino, essential aminos, anti-oxidants, as well as gloucosamine and chondroitin for your joints. -Depending on your age, natural test boosters will help add lean muscle by boosting your body's test levels. -There are thousands of NO2 products out there. The main ingredient in them is arginine. It causes your blood vessels to dilate, giving you the "pumped-up" look. If you want the "basic" supplement stack that I recommend to my customers it is: -Protein -Creatine Ethyl Ester -Branch Chain Aminos -Glutamine -Healthy Fats ie: Fish Oil -A good Multi Vitamin -J
  7. Yup, try to get a gallon a day. Topcarbon, where do you get your supplements? -J
  8. As far as trimming down P90X is really effective and it does not take up too much of your day. As far as your diet goes, it's not rocket science. Eat clean, high protein, relatively low carb foods every couple of hours. You want to make sure you are getting enough protein to support your muscle. I've worked as a personal trainer for 5 years and I currently own a nutrition store so I've been in the business for awhile. The biggest problem I see is people not being consistent, it's going to take longer than a week to get in shape. It really has to be lifestyle change. As far as supplements go, let me know if I can answer any particular questions for you. Good Luck! -Jason
  9. Is this from the new episode of "Pimp My House"??
  10. What company do you work for? I'm having to close my store at the end of October and I'm looking for something new. Thanks, -J
  11. Nope...I'm having to close my store and find a new career. Good times..... -J
  12. Exactly, unless you're on the "red carpet" who asks, "Who are you wearing?"
  13. Both valid points, but GB, you own one and drive it possibly daily, is it just a "car" to you? -J
  14. Just wondering what you guys think it takes to be Lamborghini salesman? It has been something that I have wanted to do for awhile. I've never sold cars before, but I've been in sales for around 16 years, and I don't own a Lambo, but I feel I have learned a lot form everyone on here. What do oyu think? Worth exploring? Thanks for your time, -J
  15. Aren't there more pressing issues that our government should be worried about at this time?? -J
  16. Makes me sad...and throw up. -J
  17. My wife and brother had something that sounds very similar. My little brother thought his appendix had burst, my wife burst into tears when a doctor touched her stomach. After I spent 9 hours in the ER with my wife, it came back that lymph nodes in her abdomen were infected, same thing with my brother. Like you, they ran all kinds of tests, CAT scan, MRI etc. before they came to their diagnosis. They both got better after they found out what was wrong. Hope this helps. -Jason
  18. 600K for a watch?? Seriously, people actually pay that?
  19. JayStyleRacing has left the building. Thought he would stick up for his "hero".....
