I disagree. Accidents and malicious damage are why you have insurance...neither of which should occur in a controlled environment like a car show. People that go to shows to see cars should have respect for the cars...in the same way visitors to an art exhibit aren't going to poke at the painting or pick up the artifact to see how heavy it is.

Sorry if repost and not exactly a car show...but the "Aventador reaction videos" show similar disrespect from the general public for other people's property. This guy is kind of asking for it by leaving the door open and putting a go pro camera on the car...but look at the girl at 15:55..."hey camera I'm gonna sit in your fcuking car". Then their reaction at 16:50. WTF.

i graduated from auburn in 08 and was there for some great seasons. we look damn good this year, obv qb is making it happen. but oregon and boise beating us? not so fast. boise's schedule is shit, honestly. they appear to be a great team, but who can say at this point? i mean, i was surprised to see auburn #1, and would almost rather see them #2 at this point, but we'll see. and no one, i mean no one can call the iron bowl before it's over.

i've decided not to compromise and get what i really want, the royal oak 15300. i came to the conclusion that i am not a huge rolex fan, especially the sub. couple things i don't like about it are the big ceramic bezel, flimsy bracelet (maybe not but looks and feels it), and the sheer popularity/large production number. i will probably wait 6 months to a year for the RO, but there seems to be a lot of very nice, slightly used examples out there going for $6500-$8000. i know this board is big on ROOs and APs in general so i doubt many will advise against my decision! and yes, i realize i've nearly doubled my budget, but in all honesty at this point i'd rather wear the $200 swiss quartz i have on right now than compromise.

thanks for all the input. i'm still looking as of right now. i like the submariner 50th annv., explorer II and the pam 112. any of which i think i could pick up used and within my range. keep the tips coming as i still have a lot of looking to do. i should probably add that i like a larger, heavier watch, but not necessarily larger than 42mm or so diameter. something about the lightness of a tag bothers me.
