After I heard the Defenses opening statement, and all the way through the prosecutions case, I agreed.... She NEEDED to take the stand to have ANY chance of fixing her attorney's mistakes in opening.... The the defense presented its case and I saw Jeff Ashton doing cross examinations.... HE WOULD fcuking KILL HER.... Before the trial was over, hed have her confessing to killing Kennedy, Kidnapping the Limburgh Baby, and Crucifiying Jesus Christ... No... Her best hope right now is to pray.

And no... There was nothing he could do or say... The judge was just making an example of him. Embarrassing him on National TV. Thats a pretty heavy sentence for Criminal Contempt, but its not unheard of. He decided what he was going to do with him (jail him for July 4th) before the jerk was dragged up there.

 

Had the jury seen it, it would have caused a mistrial... This case has cost MILLIONS of dollars already... fcuk THIS DUMBASS.

 

And by the way... There is 9% unemployment in this country.... And he should be one of them. There are a lot of brighter people who can be serving wings and skins at TGIFs besides this asshat.

As a spectator you can do NOTHING to influence the jury in any way shape or form. Whether it actually does or not, it could be grounds for the defense to call for a mistrial, get a new jury, etc.

 

As a general rule of life, if you're in a courtroom and court is in session, don't draw any unnecessary attention to yourself in any way. There is no due-process for contempt of court, the judge can essentially rape you with a bowling-pin if he sees fit.

Today the family testified about how they bury their pets, Mandy, Ginger, & Cinnamon... When Lee Anthony was called I half expected him to break into tears and say "Mandy is dead? They told me she went to live on a farm! They never tell me anything!"
