Spotting - Blue Murcielago on Route 3 in West Chester PA

Came across a blue Murci (Monterey blue, I think) riding long with a new Viper. This was on Route 3 today outside West Chester PA...1/2 mile from the Philly McLaren dealership.

I thought I got them on video, very rare to see a Viper or Lambo around here, let alone next to each other. Turns out when I thought I was recording I wasn't, and when I thought I wasn't recording, I was. :eusa_wall: First time I ever screwed that up and it had to be then.

Best I got from it was the attached image.

Anyone on here? His plate had what appeared to be initials on it.

Sounded great and of course looked great as well.

Was the Viper bright Green?

Great looking murci.

No, dark gray. It's 2 cars in front of the Murci in the pic, very hard to tell though.

Haven't seen a bright green one around.

There's the member on here from PA with a blue Murcie. Has the custom interior from one of the NBA guys I think. Not sure if this is the same one.

Bam margera's car maybe?

No, wasn't him. I've seen him a few times in his. And I saw the driver of this one, definitely wasn't Bam.

Bam has a light blue Murci roadster.

Pretty sure that is a gentleman who goes by Market top OTF. He might even be on here. He bought the car from Roy about 4 years ago. It belonged to one of the higher ups with the Sacramento Kings. The headrests in the car have the team logo embroidered on them. Nice car! Oh Yeah, it's Monterey Blue.

He does own the one with the Kings headrest. I didn't get a look at the interior. I just did a quick search and saw a video of MarketTop at a Pittsburgh Cars and Coffee. Not the same guy. So unless he sold it, not the same car.

Maybe I'll get another chance to see it. Although the weather here will start getting cold in another month or so. Today just happened to be unusually warm. The past week here has been damn near perfect weather wise. Great time to get the cars out there before the winter hits...saw 2 Ferrari's and a Maserati as well.

Nice, thanks for the info. Yes, his car was very loud. I thought they were together.

I happened to come across the Viper a few weeks ago in his development. I live 5 minutes away. I absolutely love the new ones so when I saw it I took notice. Beautiful color and car.

Correct...I sold it to him,....

It was owned by the Maloof Family Brothers, owners of the Sac Kings as well as the Palms Casino in Vegas. He had the custom interior done in Vegas when he owned it to show off his team.

It was one HELL of a nice car...

Mopert Brothers are on 420 in Ridley. I grew up 2 minutes from their shop. They may own another one, I'm not sure.

I actually worked on the one owners house about 12 years ago. He had a garage in his basement. :icon_super:

Have you ever seen a Ford GT around? Buddy of mine that lives in Newtown has one.

it was probably this car.. I did it a LONG time ago at our old facility. it was a Moppert Brothers car back then, not sure about now.. And there are actually a LOT of lambo's/exotics in the area.
Yup, that looks like it. Sounded incredible!

Great to see everyone chiming in and learning the history of the car.

I'm pretty sure Market Tops car (pictured above) and the car in the original post are 2 different cars. Market Top has black rims and the car in the original post has silver. Oh, and its a 5 hour drive across the state.

David it is that car and is still owned by them. It's a two owner car and has always lived its life in PA. This was not sold by Roy. Sold by Kerbeck to the original owner and then to my buddy.

Honestly I have no idea, My buddy who worked there went on to "take over" at Karosserie, so I haven't dealt with moppet in a while.
