Allan-Herbie Report post Posted December 22, 2014 Congratulations Allan, Looks like you have a great location and a great house to renovate. I have noticed that you's sure do move quite often, is this going to be a more permanent residence? I for one would be tired of all packing and unpacking. Call me lazy however I just hate moving as it takes me forever to get settled back into a new home. This one will be permanent. Once I sell my home in Scottsdale, I will pickup something in Miami as well.

Allan-Herbie Report post Posted December 22, 2014 Congratulations, looks fantastic, like it has great bones to do a nice remodel. I hope you dont take this as prying, but i'm assuming this is in LA? how far away from the action is it? i.e. Hollywood hills platinum triangle etc. Its out of the way.. With traffic about an hour away...

D.Wiggs Report post Posted December 22, 2014 Congrats! Looks like it has good 'bones' upon which to re-design it the way you like. An acre is a nice bit of property there too. Been a huge PITA trying to find the right house in Malibu for us. Looking forward to seeing the progress!
