Add "voi" to front of them and you get simolar phrase to "oh shit" etc... Fortis Report post Posted September 20, 2015 Fortis that is a great project, congrats. Not sure how you find the energy to handle all these ventures, you must have a PhD in Time Management. Thank you brother, honestly I am a bit of a machine when it comes to managing my time, learning how to handle pressure and stress was crucial, I do not employ anyone only subcontract and a lot of the stress and headache can be instantly resolved by sharply severing ties with no hard feelings and emotions. Doesn't happen very often but I feel very comfortable that it can happen, keeps everyone on their toes. Ohh the story behind me acquiring the lots, now that was very interesting to say the least LOL, that exhausted the crap out of me! Speaking of time management, I also have another project which is a LOT larger than this but it isn't residential, that one starts in 2 weeks, the no name one starts early next year. I think I will take it easier after this one is done but then again I always say that. Fortis Report post Posted September 20, 2015 If you are using energy efficient appliances, sustainable building materials, and other "green" building methods to go along with the car charging stations and the green accents on the exterior what about Viridis - green in Latin. You could be less obvious about the green name and use Ithaca, it ties to Greek mythology and everyone's favorite Lambo green. Love the renderings BTW, should be impressive when done. I will make a list with all the suggestions which I like and email them to the marketing team, let them select a few they can build on, come up with a story and the marketing strategy behind it. If I end up going with one of the suggested names in here I will have to come up with something interesting in order to compensate the Godfather Keep them coming if you aren't bored already. Such as "The Mangrove" or "The Lexington", "The Carlton", "The Senterra", ....etc.. Another angle...."The Lofts at (enter name here)". The Lofts at Rosewood, The Lofts at La Centerra, ect...... We did the work for the marketing company so they better "come up" with something! My other half works for an advertising agency and she just got done doing this exact thing, naming exercises, for three different companies.
