Thoughts on these?

Looking at getting 2 of them along with the rolling jacks.

I can not speak to the quality of that company. However, the setup looks just like mine.

Mine also came with the ability to roll around. Let me tell you, that is not something I will EVER EVER do.

I started life with mine not being anchored down. The movement that I saw scared the hell out of me. Was it safe, most likely... Was it something that I lost sleep over until I anchored them down... YES.

Do not go into this thinking you will be rolling your lift setup around. It simply will not happen. I also will tell you, that you need to anchor them. There are too many moving parts, too many things that can pivot and cause weight transfer... Again, this is just my opinion. However, I would strongly take that into consideration.

I do not have much more on my phone, but these should help.

It works out fine. Of course, it is a little tight. You need to pay attention to mirrors etc when backing in. But it was the only way I could fit the obsession into my garage space :)

Thanks Mike!

Anybody look at this company for lifts https://www.autostacker.com

It looks like a pretty sweet design. 83.8” width on the platform should fit Murci’S and Aventador’s. Not sure about the price but I think I’m going to need a lift soon 😬

The car at the bottom cannot be parked directly below the lift. Likely can only go half way in or else you will have a hard time opening the doors --- conventional or scissors type.

When I did my garage I researched like crazy and I decided to go with Challenger 4 post lift but their “wide” version is which is 10” wider than all your run of the mil lifts. They were also the only one that don’t use Chinese steel and all US made. You have no idea how much the extra width helps with the V12

Yes, I also did the extra wide. Without them, you need a guide everytime.

I had a 5 car garage, added a lift to one stall. Hated it, never drove what was up there, too much work. So I bought property 1.5 miles away and put up a 14 car garage with a 2 post work lift and a car wash bay. Way easier and more fun. But if you must, this is my favorite lift.

I worry about the single post lift. I agree that moving the cars is a pain in the butt, but I dont drive them everyday so its not that bad. I am actually on the hunt for a warehouse as well to store cars near me. That I cant wait to get!

I had two Bend-Pak single post lifts in my garage for many years. Never really felt comfortable with the way they leaned in toward each other. Never had a problem with them but still. Also, the foot of the single post lift was really high and I used to scrape the bottom of some of my lower cars. And the platform had raised edges for structural reasons and it was too easy to curb a wheel on them.

Eventually I got two American Custom Lifts. One was a double wide lift. Four posts, two platforms. And the other was a single four poster that I had custom made to have greater clearance so I could fit my Ford F250 underneath if I had to. Worked out really well.

You may get one on top, but not underneath...

To me this picture is a bit deceiving. I don’t think it would matter what lift you have, if you don’t have the ceiling clearance then any lift will not work for stacking two cars!
