You finally banned me. Dumbass, I was being neutral. Giving a neutral invitation to explain what you could. It's your site (another board) and you can control what you like. But that is all you can control...a goddamn website. Now, I firmly believe that there will be a manhunt into what really happened. If you think that no one here has connections to law enforcement, the courts, or medical (for that so called concussion record), you are hugely mistaken. I have more than the means to find out what really happened. But others would and will pursue it and make a mockery out of you and your site....and business as well.

 

Never say you didn't have a chance to explain. I gave you the chance. And your "per legal advice" is laughable.

JRV is the guy over on another board.com he went on a serious banning spree last year banned most of the members here including myself. I only had 9posts before i was banned. I mailed him about it and he hasnt replyed still to this day.

I haven't been banned from his site yet... but then I never signed up and never will!

It's not only the banning. It's the way he does it and everything that leads up to it.

It winds up being a dispute because of one specific word you used, then it turns into a mild chat with him. Then the mental control freak takes over. And, poof, you're banned. All the while accusing you of being a nazi etc. Kinda like Saddam, if you questioned him, you're dead meat.

Plus I think some of the other guys had even bigger problems with him.

JRV owns an Italian Repair shop - in addition to some questionable business practices ( allegedly ) and some shoddy work ( allegedly ) he also owns another board - another Lamborghini Web-Site that MOST L/P Members used to frequent - it's a LONG Story, but JRV is irrational due to 1. Mental Issues ( just a guess ) 2. A drinking problem ( just a guess, but a good guess ) 3. Divorce ( just a guess ) - either way, he has lost it ( in my opinion ).

 

Besides fighting with Rob Lay of FChat, JRV fought with Allan ( ALLAN-LAMBO who founded L/P ) when Allan was a Moderator for JRV on another board. Eventually, Allan was BANNED and started his own site - L/P.

 

JRV also has issues with several L/P Members who are former members of his site - another board - and some are former customers of his repair shop who were ( allegedly ) screwed by JRV.

 

I haven't been BANNED there yet, but, I haven't been there since Joe R got into it with JRV over on another board, I just left another board.

For all intents and purposes, LT is a dead site. It only averages about 10 to 12 posts a day. In the past year zero new sponsors have signed on, the online store died at birth, there have been zero updates or enhancements to the site and the bann list of actual owners is still growing.

 

Speaking of sponsors... I know for fact that none of the sponsors have renewed. jr was charging 600.00 for 1 year of banner placement. Not a single one has renewed yet their banners are still up. He's trying to make it look like he has sponsors to try and attract new ones.

 

Oh! and his other site FT is even more pathetic at about 4 posts a day

The guy is a douche & I bet he's proud of it.
