Dunno if this helps, but I bypass Itunes altogether to get Mp3's on my ipod via Sharepod. Works beautifully. Oh, now that I think about it, there is ipod to PC option, so it should work.

OK, well this is not really what I thought it would turn into. The shit they've been getting away with is obscene and I don't want it to repeat with carbon credits. Another one - legalization campaign for hemp, then Marijuana. Hemp can be a multi billion industry and is possibly the most useful plant on earth, we can't grow and it is idiotic. Marijuana tax would bring about 14billion a year plus 7.7 billion we are spending on cops to deal with it. Last one - restrict lobbying of certain groups. We can't have pharmas getting 2 lobbysts per politician, pharma industries going out of their minds for greed and yet millions of people dying each year from prescription drugs when fix #2 can solve a lot of these people's health problems.

Exactly... and I think this could be a great idea for my 200 mil world change thread - a huge advertising campaign that tells people it is a GOOD IDEA for everyone to visit a shrink. That stigma needs to go - when 160 million people are sitting on anti depressants, you know the shit isn't working.

So imagine, that we, as a group raise 200 million. The LP make the world better fund. You can not spend that money on yourself, or anyone you know. The only way to spend it is to find a cause - a problem in our society, and use it to fix it. What specific thing would you like to tweak? I have two things I am really passionate about after some research but I want to post them after some ideas. (mods, I really do not want to get this political and shut the thread.. and I would like to know if there is a good way to do it)

Not sure if this helps but I know that after I workout my traps at the gym, or have a moment where my neck is really tense, the strain on the neck muscles causes me to have headaches. the very simple cure for this is to massage up from the base of the neck with both the big and the middle fingers of your hand, over and over. And yes I think pullups are probably not a bad idea - whatever it is, this isn't good to have at 18. GL
