  1. I don't see the add on part in the link. From what I can tell it looks like it is added to the original rear diffusor. The picture of the Mantis car shows a close up with it and the white car is standard.
  2. Hey Glen Can you get just the add on piece for the rear DIFFUSOR? If so, how much?
  3. It's a shame because the guy that bought it was talking to me about buying mine last year but the white one was less which was why he went that direction. I warned him that something had to be up because it was for sale forever.
  4. Hey guys, it's all good. An important part of the forum is accurate information to be shared amongst ourselves. I was only partially correct which justifiably deserved correction. Thanks for watching my back TurboGallardo - GLWS!!
  5. My most sincerest apologies....but I wasn't too far
  6. If it is the car I am thinking of, it was wrecked at a track event in NJ, which coincides with its current location and it was also a Heffner car which is the second coincidence Think the owners name was Joe at the time of the incident.
  7. Someone told me $10K for the tape stripe and mirror kit!!
  8. And its $28K!!!! I called because I like the little rear diffusor add on but you cannot buy it a la cart. Its all or nothing!
  9. if I still had my SV I'd be ordering those wheel ASAP. Hugely improved over factory CL's!
  10. Hopefully only as an option to standard 5 lugs. Not a fan as you cannot add spacers to correct for mediocre offsets of factory wheels. Also somewhat limits aftermarket wheel upgrade options.
  11. Not much of a blue fan but that looks pretty good. So much prefer the Diones also!!
  12. Just for reference, in the Picts of my 08 SL, my front coils were dialed all the way down as low as possible. I think the rear were about 3/4 of the way dialed down. When I lowered my 07, with the rear all the Way down it was too low and I had it adjusted back up a bit.
  13. I have to agree 100% with Twin here. I dug up pictures of my 08 just before I sold it. Lowered on stock coils, 15mm wheel spacers and RSC front bumper conversion. I think this should make it an easy decision for you. Best of luck with the new car!!
  14. 235/30/20 - front - a 245 will rub. This should be confirmed but I think an 8.5" rim. 305 - 325/25/20 - rear - this size is rim width driven. Same as above, an 11 - 12" rim.

I went for the Spyder as my second "lower profile" car Amazingly great driver!!
  17. When I was at ugr picking up my car a couple Of years ago, they had a G Nera there from Russia. I wouldn't hesitate to send it!
  18. My buddy's brand '16 did the same thing to the film on the first try.
  19. True unless you buy it out at the end. Also in Pa you pay 9% on a lease and 6% on a purchase. Also in pa you get the sales tax benefit rolled into the next purchase, with a lease you loose all of the sales tax credit. Did it once and will never do it again. Look at woodside credit for long term financing as an option.
  20. There has to be a member here who lives near the Bethesda MD address that can pay them a visit to check their legitimacy.
  21. Maybe he does but isn't that for him to decide, just sharing the personal experience and information... Since the cost delta has diminished dramatically, it is well worth mentioning.
  22. +100 As a previous owner of an 08, 11 & 13 SL I would hands down Pick the newer car. Other than the 08 sounding a bit more raw, the newer car drives better in every way including the Carbon brakes being significantly improved. Do yourself a favor and drive both. Once I did I instantly sold my 08 for the 11! And yes, Toofs car is a fantastic deal all the way around!! And you can by from a great, well known enthusiast on this forum.
