Modo Report post Posted December 15, 2007 I totally disagree with you.Just because Roy is in the business of selling cars doesn't mean he should be as deceitful as possible towards his customers. There is the right way of doing business and the wrong way and you are condoning the wrong way.As a buyer you can do all the research you want but if the seller is hellbent on deceiving and/or defrauding you he will and you end up being screwed. And you would take it personally if you ended up on the short end of the deal Agreed. I hate the creedo "fuuck me once shame on you, fuuck me twice shame on me:; In reality " Fuuck me once, FUUCK YOU!!!".you have to be a fool to taste shit twice, second time around it still tastes like shit. You cant serve shit one day, and serve Kobe beef the next. Your a shit peddler, Shit today... Shit the next day, youll call it Kobe everytime. I know what shit taste like, I read about it on LAMBOPOWER.COM.

If you buy a wrecked car at 70 percent of its value then dont advertise it at 90 percent of a perfect car value. If you as a dealer pay 140k for a wrecked lambo, dont fix it and pass it off as a 199k car. I dont get it.

I heard the same but the real number is $15mm-$20mm from what I was told from some guys that have first hand knowledge of his personal finances....Could careless either way but its what I was told. I dropped $110k at Palms one night when he lost $30k but he was making my loss out to be a much bigger deal than it was. I found that odd that someone who would have over $100mm would think twice about someone else losing $110k since his accounts would fluctuate alot more than that on a daily basis....Supposing he was sitting on over $100 mm. I have had people lose their mind watching me win/lose a few hundred grand in a session but it is usually people who have yet to make it, not currently a mega multi-millionaire. I've lost plenty of cash but 110k in one night is crazy money. What game(s) do you play most often? I try to stick with poker. Anyways props to you for being able to drop that kind of money and not think twice.

Wow. 110K in one night is impressive. Why not put some of that toward a Lambo?

rakjoe Report post Posted December 15, 2007 Wow. 110K in one night is impressive. Why not put some of that toward a Lambo? 110k is up there but I have a feeling our own DAD is playing in that ball park too and more.. I have seen dad moving stacks of chips worth of Lambos back and forth on the blackjack table, sight to be seen.. When dad was playing and I was standing next to him I had the feeling that moment that I could ask AND GET a bj from any hot female employee of the casino if I only wanted to for just being in his entourage that night.. Allan can attest to that.. As far as Roy is concerned, I don't know him personally but I do know people LIKE him, he is definatly not starving for food but he is not what he claims to be financially, far from it. He wouldn't even make the top 10 list on Lambo Power, MAYBE top 20 but that's it..
Ecnal Report post Posted December 15, 2007 Well, some of these posts sure took the heat off of Roy. It's easy to see why so many people think Lambo owners are a bunch of braggart assholes. It doesn't take a big bank account or the willingness to gamble a whole lot of money to be a car enthusiast, and car enthusiasts, not self-obsessed bigmouths, are what's valuable to me about the site. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, this is just mine.

I play poker as well but back then I played BJ %80 of the time when I was on the tables.

And we just all need to be careful regardless of who we deal with and do our homework...

Yes, however at some point we must place at least a semblance of faith in another human being, trusting that our faith will not be taken advantage of. At the price point of these cars, my opinion is that it is absolute bullshit that someone can be allowed to peddle these vehicles as something that they are not. Withholding of information with the intent to deceive is equivalent to lying, at least in my books. And the world has enough lying used car salesmen. Good on Allan for exposing at least one of them. I remember him sayin 150mil, and even I knew that was total BS even if hes "only" got a few million, why would someone with that kind of money pull this stuff for?? He isnt really gaining much outta it at all, especially for the risk he is taking.
abolfaz Report post Posted December 16, 2007 I remember him sayin 150mil, and even I knew that was total BS Thats what I remember as well, but like I said before, who cares. As I mentioned in a previous post, Roy has chosen to make this personal, we're talking about cars, he's pulling records on members here (not just me), calling me a "fcuking iranian terrorist", threatening to expose aspects of members private lives, etc. Why when all we're talking about is cars?
