I haven't taken them, but my understanding of how they work is that they don't really cause an erection, they cause it to stay that way once you get blood flow in it. That is, they keep the blood there and prevent it from flowing back out for a while. So it seems you'd need some level of arousal first if that's true. But I guess these porn people know all the tricks--maybe the dude takes the pills and then looks at female porn (or even a real female) and gets it up, and then goes in the other room with the naked dude! So the arousal meter instantly goes from 100% to 0% but old John Henry stays hard as a rock. Yikes. If I was that desperate for money I think I'd take my chances with robbing a bank.
