Fantasy guns, spy movies, action sceens, etc are something we all realise is fake and generally become desesitised to it. When it comes to overly sexualizing mear children that cant understand their onw emotions or hormones VERY BAD things happen that ruin people lives. How would you like to be an ignorant 14 year old with a child, herpes, AIDS, a broken heart cause your gf cheated on you etc. A child is far far far far more likey to go out and ruin their lives in a number of ways because of sex than some random nut job going crazy and shooting up a school because he saw James Bond kill a few bad guys. Like I said we are way too uptight about seeing some boobs and what not, but the consequences are nothing like fake played up catroon like violence. Auctung Report post Posted December 17, 2008 Grade A retard. I have never seen anyone take things out of context like you just making an ignorant statement clear. One thing leads to another boobs make kids ignorant kids horny, horny kids have sex, when ignorant kids have sex MANY bad things can easily happen. Ignorant kids can easily go have sex and fcuk up the rest of their lives, ignorant kids dont quite have the ability or desire to go shoot up a school. I like the commercial, for obvious reasons, but I also understand why it will never air here

Ignorant kids can easily go have sex and fcuk up the rest of their lives, ignorant kids dont quite have the ability or desire to go shoot up a school. I like the commercial, for obvious reasons, but I also understand why it will never air here 95% of all normal males in this country started creating a secret stash of Playboy, Penthouse and/or Oui magazines starting around age 12. Boobs don't bring about the downfall of humanity, but the, grinding, bumping, humping, sweaty, gasping in a post-coital glow creation of it. Displays of boobs on television that isn't sexist, objectifies or demeans women is completely harmless and is quite a kick, even if the commercial isn't all that good. How our society can be scared of two such wonderful creations is beyond me. Personally, I've always found boobs to be quite fantastically titillating and harmless, and have no problem with the public display of such if that display pays proper honor to them and the fantastic creatures they are attached to. Like I said we are way too uptight about seeing some boobs and what not, but the consequences are nothing like fake played up catroon like violence. Come on now! You are too smart for this! Whilst you do make what seems like, prima facie, a good argument, it actually is quite bad for numerous reasons. Firstly, it equivocates on its logic (viz., by saying that kids can have the rational capacity to understand the dangers of guns and violence whilst at the same time CANNOT know the dangers of unprotected sex). Either they have people responsible enough in their lives to let them know the 'wrongs' in life or they don't. You can't have it both ways as you have purported. Second, EVERY NORMAL ADOLESCENT is a raging hornball; I can remember watching 'Skinemax' at age 8 and loving it. Hormones going crazy and people having sex is about as natural as human behavior gets; if it wasn't, we wouldn't be here. By demonizing sex and making it 'taboo', you instantly create a hightened attraction to it. If your theory were true, most of Europe would be one giant STD; but it isn't. Nudity is perfectly normal and natural and, if it weren't for the church making sex so 'naughty', it would not even be a big deal. What IS dangerous is making children think that there aren't any REAL consequences to random and gratuitous violence. In PG-13 movies, you can shoot and kill someone as long as there is no blood...Yeah, that's realistic. It looks cool and is often funny; however, it doesn't prepare someone for the brutal reality fo murder. We glorify violence in the US and demonize sex. If there was ever something that we as a country truly do ass-backwards, it's that. The bottom line is that PARENTS need to be responsible for their offspring. Kids are NOT a miracle; they are not a gift, and they are NOT a blessing; they are an 18 year RESPONSIBILITY. It doesn't matter what you expose them to if you have proper parenting. The TV is NOT a babysitter and the goverment should not be censoring material; parents should. Unfortunately, not enough parents have an IQ over 80 to do a sufficient job so they blame movies, games, music, etc. Bottom line: Sex = Good. Violence = Bad

Falken Report post Posted December 17, 2008 AMEN DWIGGS! The kids are already ignorant, already horny and are already having sex! Its not like the average kid in America looses there virginity @ 25...its probably more like 15. sexuality has been simultaneously demonized and glorified in our society, but i'd wager that if sexuality in average families wasn't so hush hush swept under the rug aka. just dont talk about it, that we would have even fewer sex related problems in our society, NOT MORE. Education and acceptance is key...why AUCTUNG you think its more socially acceptable/better for society to let a 13 year old see someone get shot in the head (as longs as theres no blood...give me a break) vs. a love scene in a movie that doesnt fade to black is RIDICULOUS! Humans F**k and humans KILL...but i sure know which i'd rather have my teenager doing. Think about it...what would disturb you more finding porn on your teens computer or clips of people being murdered? to me one is normal adolescent curiosity/hornyness...the other...well you'd probably have bigger problems to deal with. Sex = Good. Voilence = Bad (i personally like both in my movies, i'd just like a less prudish ratings system.)
Falken Report post Posted December 17, 2008 I can remember being 14 visiting Europe (Britain, France, Spain), and for the first time walking into the subway stations in London and seeing topless women on random advertisements and billboards. It surprised me just because you'd never see that in North America, but i didn't all of a sudden become an ignorant sex crazed maniac (well maybe a little), it wasn't the first time I'd seen the female form sans clothing, it wasn't a big deal it was just novel. Then being on Nude beach's in Spain...different yes, but you immediately realize that its just normal and you just enjoy your day at the beach with a little different view...sometimes good, sometimes not so good...lol Its when you cover something up and hide it away and say it cant be seen that every one wants to see it. do you think that in native cultures were women are topless all the time that boobs are a big deal? if in North America we had no problem boobs and decided that mens or womens hair was intensely erotic and never to be seen in public playboy would have been a hair magazine. The Zapper Report post Posted December 17, 2008 I grew up in Germany where sex is handled liberally. Are all Germans sex-crazed maniacs (I don't want to hear any scheisse-movie jokes ? No. As said before, the more you make something taboo, the more interesting it gets. There is nothing wrong with nudity and sex, as long as it is handled responsibly. A great example is flashing at concerts. You don't see it very much in Germany, because it is nothing that special. Here it is the big thing because it's forbidden and it's one of the few chances to see boobs in real life. While we are on the topic of censorship: How do they get away with it anyway? Isn't that a violation of freedom of speech? Plus, I don't want to be censored; it impedes on my personal rights to watch/read/see what I want. Parents need to do the censoring, that's what they have the warnings for before movies/shows on TV. It's the failure of parenting, not the source material. Violence = Bad I dont disagree with you stupid people raise stupid kids that do stupid things hows that my problem and why should what I see be censored?? its done for their own good, and kinda for me too. Dumbass kids having kids means I get to pay for them to sit home and get high while I pay for their kids shoes, clothes, toys, school ect. Far more kids lives are completely ruined by having children of their own so young, far more than the flash in the night crazy that shoot someone In the end it sucks, but its for the common good. We can always see boobies on cable channels we pay for seperatly or mags or internet. If people raised their kids correctly we wouldnt have have the problem we do because they dont. oh well
