As you were in severe arrears on a leased vehicle the prudent thing to do would have been to take stock of the situation, reflect, and learn how to not allow this to happen again. What you did however was the exact opposite and went into further debt to finance the depreciation on an depreciating asset.

The repo company did not fcuk up his car, just like the banks don't go fcuking up up your house when they kick you out.
