Dont you have black wheels on your black 6.0?

Not the kind of black that everyone else is doing. I have flat black centers with chrome lips.

Suspension on the home stretch. Shocks going back in, should have finished all suspension finished by the end of the week, and then next up put the motor back in.

Hoping to get the car finished by the end of January.

Kurt, looking good! I'm glad that car got a second chance. BTW, I hate to be a dick, but aren't your brembo labels on the calipers upside down?

Mike,

To be honest, i am not 100% sure, are they different on yours?

Yeah I think they are backwards. But regardless this just might be the coolest 6.0 ever! I can't wait for some 100% completed pictures! Robbie needs a new computer background.

I hope its not out of line to ask. It's purely out of curiosity...what was the approximate cost to do a full restoration like this if you don't mind sharing?

Got too busy today with other stuff, did though find time to put the wire harnesses and intake back on, as well as coils, alt. & starter. Pics will be loaded soon.

A few pics of the motor, slow progress today, everytime i get out to start turning wrenches, the phone rings.

Everything on the motor is original parts, intake manifold etc Will hand paint the letters on the airbox when the motors completed in the next day or so. Valves adjusted, injectors flowed and cleaned, alt. & starter both rebuilt. All hardware replated etc etc......

Transmission and flywheel going on tomorrow, i hope.

Amazing! This car looks better than stock, better than when it left the factory. Bravo on an amazing job. Keep the updates coming when you can! And thanks for sharing it here with us on L/P!

Engine & gearbox finished , New lightweight flywheel and kevlar clutch installed, headers on and all other odds and ends attached.

Going back in the car Monday. All being well, should have running Tuesday.

Target date for completion is still end of January.
