Classic Computer Games

Inspired by the classic car game thread. What games did you guys grow up? Any favorites?

The very first system I had was a Commodore 64 I got when I was 6 or 7 years old. This is where I started learning programming (BASIC) and probably the reason I ended up doing software for a living. We also had a 286 in the house. As far as games I played:

Frogger

and Giana Sisters

On the PC I played:

My friend had an Amstrad, two notable games that come to mind on that are:

Manic Miner

Me and my friend were stuck on one part for weeks, before we finally figured it out. Was much harder to cheat without the Internet lol.

I played a game that looked similar to Dig Dug except that you were eating computer chips/circuit board. Anyone know the name?
