The place near me that has one isn't that great. Frozen microwave gyro meat, soggy tomatoes, and bland tzatziki on it. Still ordered it all the time when I lived nearby. I was already talking to the Mrs. about making our own kebab version sometime soon. Now that it's stuck in my head I have to do something about it.

Here's gyro meat and koobideh meat pizza. Used harissa mixed with tomato for the sauce. You can't see it, but there is cheese under all that meat.

 

It was damn good.
