The Aventador looks fantastic particularly with the backdrop of that stunning scenery. Balboni driving a Balboni - it doesn't get any better than that.

I am curious about the orange Gallardo Balboni. It is on a UK plate but is LHD. I did a vehicle enquiry on the DVLA web site and there is indeed a UK registered MY2009 orange Gallardo on VA55 BAL. First registered here on 14 March 2014. I am sure there must be an interesting history behind this globetrotting car.

Fantastic scenery! Must have been an amazing road trip! Thanks for the photos.

I'm curious about the UK plates on VB's car too.

Love the photos Hovik. If we don't get another drone video to show my kids we are going to have a problem!!!!

The vent roadster looks so freaking good and obviously the honda fanboy in me is going gaga for the NSX. Needs different wheels but what a great color!

Awesome photos! Did anyone get to ride with Balboni? That has got to be an amazing experience in itself.

All the guys on the trip took turns having seat time with Balboni, then when they got into park city I got out of the Diablo so when we went to dinner Balboni could ride with Chad in his car to dinner! He signed the door sill for him and said he loved the noise the exhaust made. Once in a lifetime experience!

  • 2 weeks later...

And 20 more pictures from the last 2 days...

On the 3rd day we started in Wyoming and drove through Grand Teton National Park which provided some spectacular snowy mountain views. We then drove through the whole state and ended up at Mt Rushmore in South Dakota.

The following day was the last leg and we had a couple of options for a route back to Denver. One of them was a couple of miles longer, but included driving through Nebraska. We quickly decided that this would probably be one of the only chances we'll ever get to visit that state and headed towards The Good Life!

We got stopped at a gas station by 2 very friendly cops who just wrote up a couple of warnings, took pictures with us, hanged around and let us go.
