  1. Well if you can put a dog box on the huracan that use to fit onto a LP car, then yes a dct should fit into an LP car. Frame rail shouldn't matter unless there isn't enough room in the LP car for the DCT tranny. Software can be done by Motec as a standalone TCM or another company. I don't think the DCT tranny will fit a prelp without a custom bellhousing which is also possible. I heard the dog box is not a street car tranny for MOST people but I would push it if it were remotely reasonable.
  2. Jefflambo is a preacher. First thing I would do is this. Corrosion, front axles. Awd, certain brake disc, on my gtr as well. Then I would consider possible cv issue.
  3. Back on ebay again this time Dr.Murcie says he just bought it from a friend and its registered to him. He still claims a clean title in description but it is a SALVAGE title which makes no sense. $139K just FYI
  4. Looks amazing! Google doesn't show much on it...Could be a good one
  5. Anyone in there right mind= I'm ready to buy a Huracan TT once I win the lotto Congrats, this video is crazy!
  6. Congrats Kevin and KC!!! This is amazing. I knew these cars had more in them when Ray's white SL went low 8's. I was just a matter of time with the shifting and AWD system.
  7. I think asking price was $400K or something...a lot
  8. Here come Dr. M to the rescue, lol.
  9. I have an 09 LP640 Egear with the bosch throttle bodies that started this in 09 and 10 only. Its really smooth actually and I have the PIS very tight.
  10. I'm tempted to go RWD. I just changed the clutch to a nice kevlar one and i'm sure it will last a long time but I know this AWD just eats it more on initial take off. I'm running R888 sticky toyo tires so traction is already really good too.
  11. Anyone have any control issues with just RWD, meaning going into a corner fast and the rear end coming around? On the old 360s and 430 Rari's I don't really worry about as they don't have shit for torque but the Murci is pretty strong.
  12. Girodisc use to sold drilled and slotted. No issues with cracking the set I had. They looked good and weighed less. I would just buy replacement disc rings from stop tech or complete rotors with hats from girodisc who is normally a good deal.
  13. Me and a buddy of mine got a reverse camera license plate camera with backup sensors. Ran the camera input under the car to the radio. Bought a $10 Kendwood universal harness, pulled out the missing pins we needed to put into the OEM kenwood harness that plugged into the OEM kenwood radio, then ran a reverse wire from the reverse button on the dash with a resistor. OEM radio working as OEM would without any issues for about $150 and my buddies labor. I don't know the exact wiring schematics but I was involved with figuring out the pins the OEM harness was missing because it didn't have the OEM camera option on our 2009 LP640. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Power-Acoustik-Bla...=item5d56ba11c4 Here is a similar setup online for $120
  14. Aventador has more appeal. The huracan itch will fade...
  15. I have a Pega clutch in a LP640 that they did the complete rebalance, resurface, rebuild clutch disc. Car never drove better!!
  16. You have the tuner situation figured out? I'd love to see this car when it's up and running. After tons of projects that I've done in the past that were one off stuff, I can relate to delays beyond comprehension. Lol.
  17. Me and a buddy actually did something similar but backwards. We had fab speed make us a lp640 primary cat bypass without valves basically a Murcielago test pipe but made for lp640, then we removed the entire exhaust system except modified the factory lp640 exhaust tips so they don't have any other openings besides the primary straight pipes. Fab speed had to make it a couple times for us but finally did it perfect. We now have a complete straight exhaust from headers into just the oem lp640 exhaust tip which is now the coolest sounding v12 you'll ever hear! We have no check engine lights, saved who knows maybe 150lbs or more, more power and has the coolest over run blurp from the exhaust on shifts.
  18. THanks for the info. Maybe I'm recalling the hassle when I was removing the ECU's behind the drivers side seat, that thing was hard to figure out.
  19. The shift, times between a 04 murcielago and a 2010 murcielago are completely different shifting programs. They got faster and smoother every year and the TCU maps changed. The throw out bearing is the least of my concerns as that not really the limit I don't believe. The 99 Ferrari 360 needs 0 again 0 changes besides a different TCU to shift much faster because of the TCU changes from a 2004 Ferrari stradale. I'm still looking into how to get the TCU out easily. It's a pain from what I can see.
  20. Thanks Alecela. I have the same setup on my TT Gallardo that wasn't supposed to work but it did and so is this one. The best thing I can say, is it definitely needs a bigger rear tire diameter if your not running a factory setup.
  21. The rear wheel is a bit of an illusion to get to the lightest wheel possible. It uses a 18" cent with a step lip to make it a 19x13. Most murcies run a 19/20 rear setup with shit for traction but we saved some weight by running a smaller center in the rear. It does make the wheel look a little smaller because of the lip. The fronts are a straight lip19" which appear bigger.
  22. Sounds about right and definitely impressive with the shifts!! 1250-1300hp is spot on with this weight and 67mm turbos.
  23. Behind the driver and passenger seats. Panels held in by little tiny phillips screws
