  1. I think that's the same colour as the museum LP400, such a good ct colour
  2. haha, good idea. I didnt get a photo but I had 2 scuba tanks in the front once. Took up WAY more room than I thought.
  3. He did exactly the same routine on TG. Loved the car at first then pissed all over it for visibility while driving it through narrow streets
  4. Totally, I have a friend who has been on the wait list for 24 months, She's a regular Mom and she will be driving it around Venice etc. Its going to be very common in LA.
  5. Is that what all the choppers were doing last night?
  6. I just lost a gallon of sweat through my palms
  7. Theres a dip at that stop sign and a few others around there, the clipping sound is him hitting the nose
  8. I drove past that house last week and the ThethetheFerrari and buggati were just sitting outside like regular cars. Sadly its all going to end badly for someone driving like that around there
  9. 110 Raj, and its an I3... I was thinking about getting an I8 today though. It shaves a lot of time of your commute being able to use the HOV lane
  10. We just run an electrical cable straight to the i3. Thought about a charging station but have never needed it. Everywhere we drive to has free charging stations.
  11. things that make you weep http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-30...social-facebook
  12. The suction cups are a good idea. The fix it ticket is a hassle though, having to go and get it checked out etc etc is a real PIA.
  13. I had a run of bad luck with mine, 3 tickets and I was almost DDing it last year. I have a gallardo so I took the plate, angled the top and bottom edges to fit and used double sided foam tape. Totally secure and removable. FYI just got the new CA black plates and they look so good
  14. I'll go out on a limb and say most owners here don't need to put money aside for the big repairs. Personally if I couldn't put any unexpected repair no mater how big on my CC and pay that off at the end of the month I'd be very worried. Driving a car with potentially high bills is one thing but having to actively put $ aside for these bills to me shows you could be cutting things a little fine. Not trying to be a dick or the "if you have to ask you can't afford it" guy but sweating repair bills and saving for them shows a car maintenance to income problem. Or you can just have $30k ready to go all the time. Major service, clutch and one other biggie
  15. thats awful, I'm sorry to hear that. I'm happy your flying again though. It's an amazing thing to be able to do.
  16. I trained for my rotorcraft license, about to go for my first solo and found out my old instructor died in a helicopter accident. I couldn't bring myself to fly again. After you see someone so skilled die in the same type craft they were teaching you in you its very difficult to fly with confidence again. I'd love to pick it up again but only when I'm 100% confident in having the nerves to let it become second nature again and not be second guessing every move. In short, anything that unstable is going to be a lot of fun and very dangerous. Even in experienced hands.
  17. Whitianga. I spent every summer there until I was 15. Amazing place.
