NRG x Lambo Report post Posted September 28, 2016 so after having the car for about 60 days, i ended up pulling the trigger on the VORSTEINER Novara kit. originally i was gong to do a CF lip kit from another manufacturer, but once the "spy" camo photos of the upcoming SL version came out, i KNEW i wanted to do the NOVARA kit. i honestly wouldn't be surprised if some of the design inspiration for the upcoming SL version came from this Novara kit, which was released about 15 months ago. i LOVE the aggressive rear diffuser area and the louvers on the fenders. i know too much "CF" and the contrast between the black exposed CF panels and body paint colors can be distracting on some of the "brighter" colored lambos. i think BLU CAELUM (obviously i'm biased) is a perfect color to compliment the darker CF panels without it being too jarring. (i looked at a few Aventador SV's in the same color to confirm that it looks good). the CF pieces will receive a coat of satin clear to give it a matte look, but the body will remain glossy. there's a few MORE "NEW" updated parts going on THIS NOVARA build that wasn't presented in the other ones before it. Vorsteiner just released a straight through exhaust conversion (again, much like the SL style or Scuderia exhaust). i'll be running the FIRST production version of this exhaust. the sound is EPIC! very very similar to the scream of an F1 car! we are hoping to also do a new rear wing that will be different from the current NOVARA wings. but that's still in development. car should be done by next week. the kit just got painted. we're changing the calipers to a matching BLU CAELUM setup, smoke tinting the side markers, and throwing on a set of VORSTEINER wheels to complete the look! Griza Report post Posted September 29, 2016 I would leave all that gorgeous carbon glossy, it pops so nice against the blue caelum. Are you doing the standard wing with the kit or waiting for the redesigned one? Looking forward to seeing the finished product! NRG x Lambo Report post Posted September 29, 2016 Cool project, sure it will look great! Any wheel/suspension change? The car will run some Vorsteiner VFF-103 wheels in a dark graphite gunmetal for now. I'm going to wait on the suspension until I get the car back. I saw the WheelsBoutique Novara which was lowered on Novitec springs and it looks DANGEROUSLY low for me. LOL! So I'll see how the Vorsteiner bumper does with my normal driving routes and if it's not to bad, I'll get some springs too. Keep in mind the Novitecs are height adjustable so you don't have to slam it. Gotta share some Picts of the new wing design ASAP! My car is in desperate need of an ass end tune up! NRG x Lambo Report post Posted October 6, 2016 thanks guys! here's some updates from today. the paint panels will all be in GLOSS to match the body, but ALL the exposed carbon will be in a SATIN finish (i.e.: SV style, and even 675LT)

Hitz101 Report post Posted October 8, 2016 Looks AMAZING. I want to also do the fenders & rear not sure about the front yet. Mine is getting some work now as well. Keep in mind the Novitec coils are adjustable & honestly the Huracan gap is ridiculous specially after putting so many mods on it. Mine is being lowered now. They called me & face timed me to show me how low it is & I told them bring the front up some as it was to low & drop the back down a little more. You can fully adjust it to your liking. Just go ahead & lower it at least a little & have some custom scrape plates made for the new front end.

NRG x Lambo Report post Posted October 17, 2016 here's a few more updates. we hit a SMALL bump with reassembly. broke some plastic piece on the headlight washer motor. orders it from Newport Lambo and part should be here on Wed-Thursday. once that goes on, front bumper goes up and we should be all wrapped up in the next 7-8 days. the new Novara RS center exit exhaust will go on sometime after SEMA unfortunately. Vorsteiner is SLAMMED with all their new SEMA projects and won't be able to get to it till after. but i SHOULD have my car back in about a week.... here's the rear bumper all one. excuse the DUST and dirtiness. but you can see the gloss blue POP against the satin/matte exposed carbon. oh and the "NEW" RS wing is still in development and will go on after SEMA as well. (currently shown with the standard NOVARA wing)
Hitz101 Report post Posted October 17, 2016 Very nice but I think the gloss CF look popped way more & could tell more from even distance it was CF not just black still. I like gloss CF myself a lot more than the flat but either way its yours & looks good either way ha!

PCJR Report post Posted October 17, 2016 Looks good! It's hard to tell in pictures, does the wing look too high from certain angles? Any info on the new wing they are producing?
