There certainly does appear to be some serious disparity between USA and Euro pricing with the Diablo at the moment..

This^ I've had racedeck down on my garage for the past 5 years - sort of OK but not that great really.. As others have mentioned it sort of looks and feels a bit cheap, not very practical if your car drops oil and totally unsuitable for jacking.... It's coming out next month and being replaced with porcelain tiles.

Yeah maybe you've got a missing heat shield*, so the CV joint is heating up from the exhaust over time and then causing the problems? * I did not even know there was a heat shield protecting the CV joint until it was pointed out to me that mine was missing last time it went in for service...
