I grew up in a town of 18,000 in Northen British columbia... While on holiday London England, 15 hours away by plane, my parents and I bumped into a couple at a play who where clients of my dad...who by pure fluke were vacationing in london. (same time, same city, same play! what are the odds???)

I doesn't look cool enough IMO. I've wanted lambo to build a SUV for a long time...just not this one. This styling direction worked for the Estoque IMO...but it just looks too mundane for a lamborghini SUV. the Aventador J blew everyones mind! it was amazing to look at...thats how Lambo's should be. This just comes off soft. maybe its to street influenced as opposed to off road influenced (not that any of them will go off road..but just from a style/credibility point of view). I always said a lamborghini SUV should look like a supercar and a hummer F***ed (aventador/H1, Gallardo/H3). Think batman's tumbler...they didn't put any 24'' wheels on the tumbler...why...because it had to kick ass and take names thats why. not park beside a cayenne turbo at starbucks...(even if thats what they will end up doing anyways). More Ford Raptor...less lexus rx. (ps...i think bentley hit their SUV right on the nail...its what bentley buyers expect from a bentley...they will sell...i would buy one)

i like it! its a gen 2 gts with fit and finish lol...what could be bad about that? 295's on the front, 355's on the back! 640hp was a little get down...i was hoping for 650-700...but they needed to leave themselves room to grow over the lifespan i suppose. (thats still bats hit power from a production car at this price point...and more power than 98% of even super car drives Its a home run for me.

i think its a bold move...but it definitely has that old school look. i like em!

I think its sexy. the only thing i don't get is why make it a one off. its only a bit more impractical than a murci roadster...they should just make the J a $100-150k option. base Aventador, roadster and a roadster J at a $100k premium...makes sense to me.

The only way i can imagine saving that car would be to black out everything else...(wheels, grill, windows, trim, etc). It might look ok then.

Congrats! you got the right car IMO. I think its always best to get greatest outgoing model as opposed to the newest incoming model.

i used to think i'd hate a world with auto-pilot cars. but then i thought about how much i love my motocross bike. i never drive it on the street...i drive it off road or at a track. i think i'd be fine with have a rolls royce auto-pilot car for mundane commuting...and then have a collection of track cars for fun. bring it on. do you think with "human error" removed that traffic could move faster? or would speeds decline?

To avoid the hassle i decided very young that if i was driving i wasn't drinking. but thats a sacrifice some aren't willing to make...i definitely cramps my style sometimes. i didn't do it because i can't handle a couple drinks...i literally just didn't want to have to deal with worrying about check stops and any of the guessing that comes along with them (had i eaten first?, how many drinks?, what was i drinking?, how long ago?, whats my breath like?, yada yada). Its kind of scary...it seems like police can just write you up for whatever they want. and the obvious answer is that you can fight it in court. well of course you can...but at the cost of $$$$, time and the stress of having it hang over your life for 6-24 months! (I literally feel like a cop could pull me over in the viper while being totally within the law...say they "received a call that i was driving recklessly"...and give me a ticket for reckless, impound my car and suspend my license (with no proof at all)...and my only recourse is to "fight it in court"...$5000-10,000 later and months of not being able to drive the charges would probably be dropped without even a apology or compensation...they will then make you pay to get your license reinstated and the incident report that you got pulled over for "driving recklessly" will sit in the police notes for years, making any other random pull over in the future a pleasure.) Ask me how i know this lol. I bet if it became mandatory for the loosing side to pay the winning sides legal bills (police included) courts would go from backed up to empty.

Not on this level...but i had an NSX in college. drove/parked it daily...it was usually the nicest of one of the most exotic vehicles on campus and i never had a single negative incident. Its all about perspective. When you see a $400,000 car parked behind a $40million dollar boat you realize the car is just a toy. college kids with these kind of toys have WAY bigger things to play with when they go home...this is just the toy they brought to school.
