I'm 24 now and have always been extremely against having kids. My girlfriend too, which is nice not having the pressure of her needing a ring/kids. Her sister just had a baby and we watch him occasionally. That is about the closest I'll get until I'm much, much older. I'll stick with my two dogs for now.

I'm not an expert but I have played around with shorting a little bit and have had more success doing that than anything else. A simple way I look at it is like a sports team. For example, the Lakers suck this year. If they start winning 5 games in a row, I know they're not actually that good and they will fall back to earth. So I'd short them because I know they're over performing and will come down.

My suggestion is register your dog(s) as a service animal. It's a bit easier to get away with if you have small dogs. I have two Toy Aussies and we have them registered as service dogs, and have yet to encounter any problem. We've taken them in restaurants, airplanes, hotels (no extra charge), and more. I think it was about $60 per dog for the ID and paperwork. Well worth it IMO.

I thought about the same. After taxes and cash option, you're left with probably $800 mil? Not really sure to be honest, but you can buy some of the lower 15 NBA/NHL/MLB teams for that much.
