To the OP... what is there to finish?

560 front and rear, center locking wheels, CF decklid/wing/interior, alcantara seats and interior, and of course TT.

I love it.

I like how it says this car is "well known in the lamborghini community." Looks like they just did some extensive modding to a very driven car. My guess is this is the killer Bee

That's a good guess.

I saw this listing last week and wondered which one it was, obviously a shit-ton of money was dropped on it.

If it's mechanically sound it will be a great car at the right price, unique for sure. Not my taste personally.

The phx guys say supercar specialists is a solid shop. I was in Scottsdale this weekend and called to see if i could check out the car but the Hubbard dude didn't answer his phone and I didn't leave a message.

what needs to get finished is the rear. It has the bottom half of the rear from the original gallardo, then the top half from an lp560. I like the other features just the fitment and the way it fits together looks weird. The front bumper is the 570 from SP im assuming , but it looks like its hanging ( not the quality job that scotty did with his g) Maybe im focusing to much on the rear of the car , but it kills me every time I look at it.

That's the only real gripe I have with the car, for some reason the rear wasn't completed.

Maybe it was a packaging problem with the TT gear, or maybe it was just the cost, who knows, but if he had finished that part it would look a lot better.

Yeah it is.

I was in there a week or two ago and checked out this car. The car looks pretty slick in person, lots of cool features but apparently the paint is fairly high maintenance. The rear end looks nice with the updated tails... not sure why the whole thing wasn't replaced but it didn't bother me, in person.

Thats that killer bee car.. 28k miles, I believe its only a bolt on TT kit.. 141K is all the money in the world for it inmo..

I think it looks good. Need to take it to a good shop to align that front end though.

Looks like the profile would look better with the rear an inch lower, and the front half an inch lower, but the rear tires may be too wide to do that.

I wonder how a TT 04 e-gear would be to drive though. IIRC the 04's e-gear system was nowhere near the 06+ cars.

Hi guys,

Thanks for the feedback, I havent been on here for a while but someone said this car was being discussed. It is a great car and in my opinion turned out pretty good looking too.

The front bumper was the first one Renown produced and after months of waiting for it to be developed with the car apart thats the best I could get it to fit. Since then I have done another one of there bumpers and it fit great.

The customers theory with leaving the 04 rear bumper was he wanted to show that it is still an 04 like the headlights do from the front with the updated 570 bumper. The newer style rear bumper can always be added later for whoever purchases the car but for this customer thats what he prefered.

This is not the Killerbee, that car is in Houston Texas now.

It is listed forsale with a dealer down the street from me, I'm not sure what they are looking to get for it but it is a great car and if anyone is interested in purchasing it I would be glad to answer any questions.

Thanks!

  • 2 months later...

I like it but with that many miles, I don't know...especially if rappers were driving it.

I like the updates and can understand how the owner left the rear like that. It looks pretty nice.

I really like the car, in every way. While that is pricey, when it comes to a highly modified car of this nature, it's up to the owner to set the price.

Guys, this is one of the nicest TTG's I have seen in person or in photos. The owner knew exactly what he wanted. No cost was spared in how he wanted the car to look or perform. Down to the meticulous paint job (many shops would not even consider trying this FYI), the expense of the custom made center-locking wheels, the interior completely redone, etc.

In person I have never noticed any body issues or front spoiler issues. Car is amazing in person! I also love this paint!

Also, the "killer Bee" was sold months ago and went to a new owner in Texas. THIS IS NOT THE KILLER BEE CAR.

If I was going to do a 2004 G and TTG it I do not think their is much else I could do to the car. GLWS

Car looks nice overall but that asymmetrical weirdness going on with the vertical pieces on the rear bumper (they don't line up with anything) would drive me absolutely insane.

Brian at Supercars will be more than happy to update the back for any people purchasing the car...that is the easiest to do out of this whole build.
