  1. The white Murcielago 670 SV though
  2. I agree but love what they have done with the Museo and the layout. Flushed with cash so AL is spending it.
  3. LOL... so you would vote the 50th and not the Xago? I was thinking about Xago since there are more 50th and I figured a more rare "one-of" that is the theme for the Giro.
  4. I would be down for this esp. if it includes logistics of transport of vehicle there and back. Although from what I saw, 50th was amazing. Wish I could have been a part of it at the time. Too bad the new Aventador replacement would not be available to run on the 60th!
  5. I am with you this. I really like the new car and the features. I was one of 100 at the Aventador replacement and I was wow'd at the time even when many early thought the Aventador was trash compared to the Murcie. Many of those came around to love the Aventador. I think the new car is at least as similar a leap or not more of the Murcie to Avy. Patience guys--we will see unveiling soon.
  6. I totally agree. I check in occasionally--hoping there will be stuff to read. I would check often but would have nothing "since last visit" so the longer I am away, the more I will have something to read. So the big question: how or can we get back to the old days? is there a plan?
  7. Not sure what I feel about this. I am glad the brand is doing well but too many Lambo I think devalues the brand. I know Ferrari does not limit their production and certainly, many who are owners have learned the hard lesson from Mclaren who floods the market with every variant and then discounts their cars to get cars out the door (much to the detriment of their owners). All that said, here is a good read: https://www.carexpert.com.au/car-news/lamborghini-wont-limit-supply-2023-production-almost-sold-out
  8. Impressive. I have other things that are like that--I guess I am going to have to try this. Those now look almost new!
  9. Newsflash but no so unexpected I guess. Maurizio was a cool guy, very passionate and friendly to talk to. His enthusiasm was contagious whenever I spoke with him. I did not know he was being credited with much of the success of Squadra Corsa, but it am sure it make since as CTO, he has substantial input on the design and tech in those cars. I know nothing on Mohr. Anyone know him? Here is the article. https://carbuzz.com/news/father-of-lamborghinis-most-successful-models-takes-up-new-role
  10. I agree---I learn something every time I watch on of these very well researched documentaries. They touched on how the Countach got its rear wing in a peripheral way but more so on the front wing. Definitely a good watch.

    Enzo wrecked

What a mess. Had dealer plates so maybe a test drive. Road looks wet so you can start piecing the narrative together. Definitely a shame but given its value, I am sure it will likely get rebuilt. What do you guys think? Totaled?
  12. congrats. Love the color.
  13. Wow. that is awesome. Do they match your color combo or is this all standard color combo?
  14. There are some cars I would have missed. I definitely learned about a few other too. Definitely worth a watch for Lambo enthusiasts--learning is always key.
  15. I was skeptical when I clicked in this video but was surprised how comprehensive this was. Better yet, it’s great to see the passion thrive in a younger generation. Check it out and give the video a like. Definitely want to keep encouraging this YouTuber. Was there any car he missed?
  16. That thing is just..... SICK!!!!
  17. Nothing greater than having a legend sign much less drive your car. Here is a short video of my friend, Tedward as he interview Valentino on Eurosport 2021 in the Xago. I always learn something new from Valentino every time and meet him and this time was no different. Also, Tedward makes some AWESOME videos on all kinds of cars, so please check out his YouTUBE channel and give him a follow. You wont be disappointed, unless you expect stupid donuts and burnouts in all the worse places.
  18. Gosh, I love your spec Allan. Great to see you're taking her out for a stretch.
  19. Something to consider. Has anyone used ceramic & anti-fog coating when you open these units to reduce the need to re-do in the future?
  20. When do you want to move the car. I might have a recommendation for you. LMK.
  21. I have seen the factory clearbra and I am UNDERWHELMED. It is also not cheap. If you really want protect your paint, do it professionally aftermarket. You service etc will be much better too. Just find someone reputable. I for one also use exclusively XPEL--I have tried other and well, the experience and durability is just not there IMHO. Not saying the others aren't good--just my experience has been the best with the XPEL tech. As you know, I don't believe in garage queens, so my cars are driven and XPEL PPF is quality product. if paint is super special consider using 10mm product.
  22. Came across this a few days ago. from the front I was impressed but otherwise, if I am honest, these knock offs are looking better and better. I could not find our old LP thread on these crazy hits but, wow. This SiVJ (Civic is donor) is a bit nuts. https://www.instagram.com/p/CRiEwZHJ-DK/?utm_medium=copy_link
