Then why "follow the instructions"?? I have a degree in marine biology, does that mean I need to go work at sea world for $20k a year? I jumped in with both feet and opened my car dealership, working 80 hours a week and taking on more stress that I ever imagined but I know it will pay off. I've got a nice savings that I would LOVE to spend it on a car or motorcycle to play with (even only a few thousand $$) but I have it reinvested in real estate where it will be making a nice passive income soon. It's all about stepping outside of the comfort zone.
