  1. engine, styling, scheduled release...or is it too soon?
  2. the Star Dropper is sold by a company called Boom Craft in Japan http://www.boomcraft.com/
  3. there are around 20 different exhausts for the Aventador, the majority of them retain the stock "gruff" sound so they basically sound similar. There is only a handful that have managed to get rid of the gruff and produce distinct high pitch noise which IMO can be objectively rated. 1 Star Dropper/Brilliant This is the highest pitch system out there. I would actually consider it higher pitch than an F1 sound in that, F1 sound has a symphonic quality to it, this exhaust has a really raw and "industrial" high pitch under load. This exhaust does produce a very clean F1 sound when revving though. grigio has the Star Dropper, the chrome wrap has a "popular brand". there is no comparison. all three have the Star Dropper LB roadster has the Star Dropper, other roadster has Kreissieg. drastically different. there are more clips of the Star Dropper just pm if you want, I don't wanna flood the thread. 2 FRF This exhaust actually came out a few months ago. It produces a really clean high pitch, the sound is tuned much better than the Star Dropper for a more sophisticated sound.
  4. Kreissieg was the champ, I would put them at 3 now though. Power Craft pitch doesn't get as high as Kreissieg, it has a high "mid range" pitch but it does produce a more consistent sound than Kreissieg.
  5. another option is Exhautech, it has a loud, obnoxious high pitch, not as clean as the Kreissieg though.
  6. whether you are a current or future owner make sure you invest in a high quality water filtration/purification system, Las Vegas water quality is one of the worst in the US.
  7. Kreissieg is the highest pitched, ipe is nearly identical, the Kreissieg is just slightly higher because it has a lighter, softer tone. The average person can't tell the difference. The Kreissieg is made to order, so unless they have one laying around you probably have to wait.
  8. the design is terrible, and the fact the price starts in the mid $200k...LOL based on the design alone the price should be below $100k.
  9. I've looked into whole house filters online for a while and have come across some info. There are two types of the large tank style, one is the basic flow type and the other is an electronically controlled backwash type(flushes the tank). There is also the cartridge type, that uses multiple cylindrical units instead of a large tank, the cylindrical units can also be added in line with the large tanks for more effective filtration especially against fluoride, to reduce fluoride you need a specific filter. If you want to drink straight from the tap I would suggest getting a countertop/under the counter system to go along with your whole house filter. There are two basic countertop/under the counter types, one is a multi cylindrical unit type that utilizes similar filters as the whole house system, a fluoride filter is a must for drinking water. The other is the very popular and common reverse osmosis system which is a similar setup but uses a mini tank to store filtered water and takes much longer to filter. The process used in reverse osmosis basically "purifies" water, removes everything bad, good etc., while the other system lets natural minerals pass through. This is the biggest issue with reverse osmosis systems, they remove minerals which some say the body needs. The Aquasana you posted and the Kinetico mentioned in the thread seem to be solid systems, here are a few companies I've come across http://www.pureeffectfilters.com came across this company just recently, very thorough product details/descriptions. http://www.pure-earth.com/index.html site is very simple but they seem like a good company. http://www.cleanairpurewater.com/ seems like a good honest guy some bigger companies http://www.pelicanwater.com/ http://residential.everpure.com/ http://www.culligan.com/ a cool reverse osmosis machine http://www.chunghousa.com/ I hope my post helps you out a little.
  10. Kreissieg is sounding awesome!
  11. I like it, I was eager too see how the front would look considering the extreme nature of the 50th...I am really impressed with what the designers did with the front, Lamborghini has some of the most talented and innovative designers in the industry.
  12. congrats! love the grounds, looks like a house in the middle of a really nice park.
  13. a couple of attempts, changed the fronts..not really a fan of the stock one
  14. 9 already...are they all available right now or are some under development?
  15. I would wait a couple months, there will definitely be more brands to choose from.
  16. good guess, it looks like the property was sold in the high 12's.
  17. Lubejobs42, you are correct the valve can be adjusted at both levels(on/off) Kreissieg explains it on their site http://kreissieg.ocnk.net/product/533 I also saw this, it indicates what needs to be adjusted on the valve https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.5...7595&type=3 If you look at the fifth photo on the Kreissieg link you can clearly see the two bolts. The longer one adjusts the open mode so I assume it's at level 5 in the pic, level 4 is half way in(assumption) and level 3 is all the way in(assumption). I hope this helps. I don't think you need to buy another exhaust, just have the bolts adjusted by whoever installed your system. Hopefully Kreissieg will respond to you soon. If you do get the bolts adjusted, would be great to hear if the sound is more tolerable for you.
  18. Allan have you considered black wrapping the rear, I think it gives the Murci an extra mean look. Still think a front lip would complete your look though.
  19. the biggest issue going forward is the design, Lexus has copied some basic design elements for their new entry level SUV. This car will be on the market for 3 years before the Urus is even put into production, if the production Urus isn't totally redesigned it will look beyond dated when it is released in 2018.
  20. I think it is a custom wing...more pics here http://www.wintel.co.jp/wintel/owa/pspe_st...=0&in_sns=0
  21. came across these, I think the orange one looks mean with the blacked out center and front lip. I know these aren't pshops, just wanted to give you some ideas.
  22. no personal experience, but I would check out Cristophe Choo he seems like a good guy and very knowledgeable about the areas you are interested in...he has some great youtube videos.
  23. Zonda F upgrades with the titanium exhaust are a must...one of the best automotive sounds ever!
