D.Wiggs Report post Posted April 25, 2009 How much would ''72 E'' go for? All personalized plates are the same fee (I think like $20 or $36) depending on state.
capt_chaos Report post Posted April 25, 2009 All personalized plates are the same fee (I think like $20 or $36) depending on state. So completely different to the UK where Soup and I are; Personalised plates can be worth more than some cars they are on! topcabron Report post Posted April 25, 2009 $25 per year in AZ In Europe, dont you buy the plate? $1000s of pounds.......no?
capt_chaos Report post Posted April 25, 2009 Effectively in the UK, not so much in mainland Europe. You could pay from £250 to many hundred of thousands for the number plate which you can transfer from car to car. Because of this there are a lot of people that make adjustments to their plates using the fixing screws and screw caps to try and make numbers and letters - this is tragic in my book as is a number plate that tries to name the car it is on. You can check out details on a car in the UK on this site So taking this car that is for sale] I get this result Date of Liability 01 10 2009 Date of First Registration 01 03 2005 Year of Manufacture 2005 Cylinder Capacity (cc) 4961CC CO2 Emissions 450g/Km Fuel Type Petrol Export Marker Not Applicable Vehicle Status Licence Not Due Vehicle Colour BLACK Vehicle Type Approval M1 This vehicle can be licensed at a DVLA Local Office without the V5C Registration Certificate The information contained on this page is correct at the time of enquiry. Vehicle Excise Duty Rate for vehicle 6 Months Rate £115.50 12 Months Rate £210.00 One man paid £375K for the number F1 Click Thats 551,365.18 USD. Blue-V10 Report post Posted April 27, 2009 I've had this plate for years. I got it just after the NMSL (national maximum speed limit) law was enacted. 55 MPH was way too slow.

You should use stickers, if that's possible/allowed. yes your right I used both side stickers from Scotch (3M) the removable one not the permanent, it’s not allowed but I can’t just make holes in such a car

Lightning Report post Posted April 28, 2009 While ripping up the GSP in the Viper this weekend, I passed a cool guy in a BEAUTIFUL red 911 turbo with the NY License plate "DINOSAW1". Not sure what year it was, but it looked a little older (early 90's maybe?). Real nice car!
pockmark Report post Posted April 28, 2009 The Whipple Ford GT at the last runway event was great. I GO 220 Sprites is classic on the Ford GT as well. The other Gallardo TT that reads 1000 HP is cool too. If I had a car such as the NERA or peakcompletions car it would read 1500WHP. That would deter many cars from racing.
