I was watching an episode of that show "1000 Ways to Die" some time back and there was a death like this, basically a guy delivering a pizza to a very fat woman. Well he had this fetish for having sex with very fat women and she was desperate, so they end up having sex. Apparently the only way to penetrate such a woman is with her on top, and unfortunately the act of sex gave her a heart attack, so she died. However, she was like 300 pounds, and died on top of him, fell over, and smothered his face. She was too heavy to push off, so he suffocated and died too. Advertisers don't want to advertise on a show where the main star is publicly saying it's ok to do crack cocaine if you can handle it. Since all this has gone down there have been billboards for the syndicated shows popping up all over the place. Topcarbon riding through this scene kills it for me.
