THIS IS MY KIND OF TREAD!

I agree on most cars here. Personally, i think the 308 GTB's lines flow better than the GTS, but that is nothing I would loos sleep over, but I would absolutely need to have a 4 seater to bring friends sometimes, and I do love the frontengined old Lambo's, but none of them, or old Ferrati's come close to a X-pack in being a mans car! And a dp 935 for good measure...

Some real nice stuff.....Loving the GTO

That's not a GTO..?

I couldn't agree more Allan, BUT imo it's not the car's that have changed but life. When we were much younger there were no forums, websites etc...and the exotics were scarce at best. Seeing one meant waiting for the monthly rag or the occasionally tv appearance; and so they were true objects of desire. Today, we know what an exotic looks like even before it's released, not to mention that so many are now built it is not rare to see one at all. i'm sure however, as often seen Top Gear for example, that if you live in certain less affluent parts of the world, that how it was in the 70's and 80's for us is just how it is for them now. Let's be honest, if only 300 Aventador's or CGt's were bulit, and the same with Murcies etc... before that, AND we weren't on the tinternet every five minutes; would things have changed that much ? For me it's simply the number of different models and sheer production volume that has changed everything, not the cars themselves.

And waaaaaaaaayyyyyy to many cars in safe colours, especially silver imo.

Still badass imho:

Wow. As nice as it is, there's no way I'd let that car out of the garage.

That is a lovely car. Wonder what a real world value is for it.
