Problem with that is one of my dogs (french bulldog) is about as far from looking like a working dog as it gets. The only thing she works on is taking a nap but it would be funny to see if anyone would even question the "working" part.

My big boy is no longer with us but we have a frenchie and a mini bull terrier that are a big part of the family and no one wants to leave them behind. They certainly don't have to do everything we do but it would be nice to have them where we are staying. Any great air band b others may have used?

I know there are some dog lovers here but don't know if anyone takes them on actual vacations. I am looking for something luxury that would be cool with the dogs and am fairly open to suggestions. Have wanted to check out Naples Fl as a place I haven't been but Arizona sounds like they have some fun things to do and see. Really open to anything that sounds fun for the wfe/kids and dogs. Any ideas or beautiful pet friendly homes you know of for rent let me know. Thx!

Us defender prices are insane these days. All the cheaper cool looking ones are usually right hand drive and out of the country. Copley cars up in mass usually has a large inventory of defenders but they are mostly the top of the market cars. Some of the old Broncos are really cool as well.

If you live in Fredericksburg chances are you are sitting in traffic more often then not so I would go with the Bentley. You can go to tysons or Richmond for service so that won't be an issue. If you do go with a SS I would get a later one that has the back seat for future resale.

If you are looking for the "wallpaper" thing as opposed to a painted mural the better printing shops these days can print anything you want and size it however you want it so if you you want a real picture enlarged to cover a wall it is no prob. It is basically like printing a wrap. Many retail locations use this on walls instead of painting with their logos etc. Like a car the installer needs to know what they are doing.

Unless they quickly send out the tickets before the drawings the chances of obtaining a winning billion dollar ticket after the fact is probably about the same odds as hitting the lottery in the first place.

What a clusterfuck this whole thing was. who knows what happened but it was clear they were framed either way. It mentioned early on that in the lawsuit since the insurance company was not going to pay that the people involved were going to be on the hook personally. These guys that were about to lose everything were all the main guys coming up with all the "new" evidence that everyone else seemed to miss. No one ever explained why the blood evidence was tampered with or if they ever tried to get fingerprints off the scotch tape used to tape it back up. Also, why in the world would this guy do this to a girl that he knew was sent to his house from autotrader kill her and then park her car on his own property? Even an idiot wouldn't be that stupid and if he was he would have crushed the car or chopped it and got rid of the giant RAV4 spare tire cover as well as the license plates. I wish they would have explained a bit more about the roommate not reporting her missing and the shady ex boyfriend as well as Brendan's older brother. I wish his two attorneys would have taken the case on a contingency and let the lawsuit against the county continue. Would love for some of those pieces of shit to have been bankrupted.

You would think with all his money he could have "disappeared" somewhere never to be seen again instead of turning up in some shitty house in Mexico.

Rent for the year to give yourself time to see exactly where you would want to buy, you are not gaining any equity in year 1 anyway and most likely the current rental amounts are way less for the same property than if you bought it. Moving to Cali to escape a messed up political scene wouldn't be my first choice although you can't argue with the weather.

Depends on what look you are going for. If your dogs have any weight to them they will certainly make some marks on any wood floor. If I were to to again I would do a wide plank kind of "weathered" look but that only works for certain types of houses. They also now make tile floors that look just like wood and will wear much better which is another good option.

Interior looks like a perfect spec for Toofdoc! I wonder if the "T" options help to tighten the car up a bit although its not like this thing would be used for anything besides relaxing drives here and there.

That is horrible. Who wants to have some freak in the middle seat stare at them the whole flight and vice versa. At least when they all aim the same way you don't have to deal with that issue. Now if the middle seat has a smoking hot chick this may not be too bad!

On another note I know a few here trashed the Azure and I don't have any experience with one but this one online although way over your 100k range is one of the nicest I have seen. I had a few Arnages back in the day and have nothing but good memories from them although they were fairly low tech by todays standards they still ooze class in the right environment. I just did a quick look on ebay and can't believe you can buy an Arnage T for 30k. That is not a deal, the luxury is the lowest priced one to begin with. You should be able to get a 2015 platinum for 85k new. On autotrader you can search trim levels which makes it much easier.

Just make sure you drive the actual one you want to buy because as you said it is hit or miss for the vibration issue and 2016 has not solved this. There are a few dealers in the detroit area market that you can get close to 10k off sticker and I have seen a few 2015 platinums for sale with a few miles in the high 70's. If white is your color the 2016 is more of a bright white that looks better than the off white of the 2015. I went to pick mine up and it had the shake and I passed hoping the 16 would be better but it is still an issue on some. As someone else mentioned the rover is a better truck but no 3rd row and the pricing of a new autobiography is insane these days.

If these people were aware of a dog at a certain house that makes them nervous everytime they walk by the house how in the fck would the dog startle them? I remember as a kid a neighbor down the street had a dog they used to leave outside in their yard and he would chase us when we went by on bikes, you can bet every time I went that way I was on the lookout for that dog and I assumed it was out even if it wasnt. I could possibly see if your fence was 2 feet from the sidewalk but 60feet doesn't make sense.

From my personal experience with rental properties it is not the rent that you make the money from, it is the appreciation of the property, as an example years ago I purchased 2 properties in different states for a similar purchase price, (both were around 150k) rented both for almost 15 years and mortgages were paid down a bit but 15 years later one was worth 350k and the other was still worth in the 185k range. Rent on the one had a great positive cash flow but the other pretty much just covered itself. Be picky when you chose location.

On the bright side this car will most likely still have super low miles for years to come!

Here is a typical story that just happened to my uncle, he has a rental house advertised and has no real experience being a landlord and a nice lady came to him and loved the house but told him her voucher only paid x amount but she really thought the house would be perfect and told him she would pay the difference personally in cash. Like an idiot he did the deal with her and they moved in and the second month he went to collect and she said what he did was illegal and to screw off or she would sue him. That is the type of shit you get to deal with from people that work the system.

That is a crazy amount of stuff to have to deal with on a 2k mile car. Hopefully they do something for you.
