Use the system issue as a reason for it and just continue until you get a rep or manager who does it for you. Much better than disputing IMO because you’ll have better luck and if they win the dispute it will show on your credit report as disputed but still lower your score

Can you help us understand what exactly it is that your company does to "guarantee that a file removed is gone 100% for the lifetime of your file" above what the credit bureau promises anyways? When you dispute something on any credit report and the reporter doesn't respond or the bureau sides with you, it can never get added back to your file anyways and if a creditor tries under a different name/company you can dispute it by showing it was removed in the past and just relabeled. I've done this a few times for myself in my younger years and for family/friends with credit trouble and always have found that companies don't do anything that a customer can't do themselves after providing a POA.

My sarcasm didn't show as much as I intended. I agree with your points and have seen new cars rolled back. My initial point to the post that new cars are safer was that they're no safer. Personally, if the car has been tampered with its not worth buying period. You just have no idea what else they messed with and why....

Just a thought as I have had 3 scopes in last 6 years starting at 28. First found 2 (1 adenoma), second found 2 (both normal) and last scope 0 found. The biggest change besides eating right and exercising was eating broccoli servings 4-6 times a week. I have read a study where in Africa they eat a lot of grains and leafy vegetables and get scoped and find nothing. They switch to a North American meaty diet and get scoped within 3 years and now find polyps. Vice Versa for North Americans who found polyps with our kind of diets, switch to the African diet and within a retest found No polyps. Just a thought

The same day option is only available if you can prove travel within 2 weeks of the day. Just go to the post office or a local library that does it (yeah I couldn't believe it either) and they will tell you if you should use standard or expedited. Expedited is less than 3 weeks if I remember when I did ours. It's no big deal, just make sure you have a picture that fits the size requirement. I'm happy a post such as this has come up. I have a Hillbilly neighbor who has multiple dogs (and kids). While I realize dogs should be left out, these fcuk sticks leave them out for a good half hour after they are done doing their business sometimes at 6 in the morning or midnight etc (basically times when it is fcuking RUDE). I tried having a civil conversation and asked his kids multiple times to bring them in and then texted him since I couldn't get a hold of him in person. His response over the phone once was, well "they don't wake us up" when I told him they were keeping us and my 2 year old from sleeping. So after a bunch of being nice, I finally just started calling the cops on him after they were out past 5 minutes since he obviously didn't care about us. They asked me last time if I wanted to give him a ticket and I said no, not this last time (and let him know that I said no but next time I will). It was good for a few months and now they are starting to wake us up in the morning again 5 out of the last 8 days at 7am. Mind you, we have a noise ordinance they are violating and I am not being mean but besides me being bothered, the dogs sit out there in the cold and rain sometimes and THAT is why they are barking. WHen the weather gets nice he is going to have to deal with my Plastic mess-06 at open throttle as retaliation the nights he wakes me up (since his dog doesn't wake them) but for the moment what would you do? Am I wrong here (besides my open throttle comments)?

That's either how it is with certain states or credit unions/banks maybe. Regardless, it isn't like that in Illinois so I thought the same thing until he sent a picture of it. Luckily the credit union is local and we can pay them and get a loan release letter and have the title signed so I can have it.
