  1. I have had Roy at Cats Exotics sell my Viper GTS, Gallardo and LP640. His staff and him are top notch, wouldn't sell my cars on consignment through anyone else. In fact, I ship my cars to him from LA to sell, can't say enough good things.
  2. Aren't you guys under the false presumption that all limited cars either retain or increase in value? Look at the 50th Anniversario, limited to 100 cars and many are selling well below MSRP, yet it is a much more limited car to the SV.
  3. Step into a 09, well worth the extra money. Doesn't get any better than this http://www.catsexotics.com/vehicle-details...-wa-id-12479019
  4. Clean carfax on the LP? If so, that is VERY cheap. Buy it, drive around for a few months and then sell at a profit later.
  5. What was the color name on the wrap you used?
  6. I have the full IPE exhaust and then stripped the baffling out of the IPE cats so essentially delete primaries...car is currently for sale with Roy I would say the garage amplifies the sound a bit, completely unreal in a tunnel.
  7. Beautiful! Please send me a PM should you ever decide to sell your LP...very interested
  8. INCREDIBLE LP640, love the VI Q-Citura Doesn't get any better than this for a non-sv LP...Car is in mint condition, full clearbra wrap and literally every option physically possible MSRP $415K - owner was beyond meticulous with it
  9. Tiffany Blue is an unique option, looks good IMO
  10. This car is on consignment, the seller is motivated from what I was told. I saw it in person, the Bianco Canopus looks great! The wrap they did on the car is GARBAGE, one of the doors has a slight yellow hue and the clear bra wrap on the sideskirts is also ruined - all of the old wrap really needs to be removed. The issue is, when they remove the clear bra to re-wrap it, it will leave a sticky finish that will need to be cleaned and then that will leave the finish gloss opposed to the OEM matte finish it is now. Also, while the color looks incredible in the light, it looks like primer in the shade (IMO). I had thought of trading my VI LP640 in for it but walked away.
  11. IPE for me, I stripped the baffling out of the cats. Sounds great!
  12. +1, would be curious in the name of the interior shop?
  13. Are we going to see a new model released entirely? They just released the SV which I thought was an indication of a final run? If that is the case and a new model is introduced, then that would put selling pressure on the existing Aventadors. As a potential Aventador buyer (lp640 currently), it is a challenge to see where the market is going.
  14. LOVE my IPE setup, I stripped out the baffling in the primary cats so the sound is a bit higher pitched. Sounds like a straight F1 car, wouldn't go any other route. Then I can hit the remote and close the pipes to quiet the exhaust so not to wake the neighbors when I come home late. Truly the best of both worlds, would highly suggest getting one of the remote operated exhausts.
  15. There was a $100 premium impact going from $0 to $1000 deductible. My 04 G is insured through Grundy for $1200/year with $0 deductible at a stated value of $100k. I am 26 with no prior accidents. FYI state farm wanted $1950.
  16. Alpha, what is the rationale for the headers and deleting the primary cat? I remember your thread on SupraForums and you mentioned it was already pretty loud
  17. I just went through this a few weeks ago when I went to insure my G. Currently I use statefarm to insure my Cayenne and they wanted $2400 to insure the G with $2000 deductible. Liberty Mutual was north of $7k and hagerty was around $3k, I also tried USAA along with a lot of other carriers. My last call was to Grundy who insured my G for $1300/yr at $100,000 value and $0 deductible - I have no other cars with them. Would highly recommend them, I am 26 with no DUI/no points on my license. Second lowest was American Car Collector insurance, they insured my Viper for $700/yr at age 25. With the G they wanted $1500 and a $5000 deductible.
  18. Thanks for the link guys! It is also on the original clutch, thus having to replace the clutch and 30,000 mile service are two expenses I am not looking to incur within 6 months of ownership.
  19. Looking for a Rosso Vik G, prefer 6 speed but e-gear okay if 06 or later. Prefer clear bonnet but not a deal breaker. Miles need to be under 25,000. Would like an 06 or 07. Coupe only. Clean carfax a must. Please let me know if anyone has one for sale or knows of someone thinking about selling, Rosso Vik can be a hard color to move. Thanks!
  20. +1 this was the exact issue on my black viper you took in, carfax showed an accident in California however the car never left Seattle nor was in an accident...Carfax makes plenty of mistakes.
  21. until its 6PM and there are 20 people lined up to park their car as they get home from work.
  22. Saw this when I dropped off my Viper yesterday...quite possible the most beautiful car I have ever seen. Period. That pic does it no justice.
  23. Rosso Metis is really hard to tell what type of color of red it is? I read that it is more of a dark maroon than the candy red G pictured above, especially in the dark?
