This is from an episode of the sitcom "Melissa and Joey." In this one, the character Ryder (seen here) is shopping for groceries when an attempted robbery takes place at the store. The robber pulls out a toy gun on Ryder. He was interviewed by the media and tells them it almost made him pee his pants. He also said that he hid behind a girl, which they then edited and cut out the rest of what he had said (that he was doing that in order to make his move to attack or something, which still IMO would be a very bad reason). Anyways though, after the interview, supposedly someone takes the video and makes a rap tune out of it :D

Haha!

Reminds me of a punch line to a joke I can't really remember.

"I don't have to outrun the bear,I just have to outrun YOU"

There was an episode of "Roseanne" where this was said, where Dan was telling his son about how when he was a kid, he and his friends were wandering through a junkyard and ventured upon a stray Doberman. His son was like, "Wow, pops, and you were able to outrun it!?" (or something like that, I forget the exact line), to which Dan is like, "Well, you see son, the trick is not to be faster than the dog, it's to be faster than one of your friends."
