Secondly, the above 2 reasons are much more believable than what Ive heard regarding the saggy pants prison fashion. I've heard that homosexual inmates used to sag their pants, to show off their goods, letting the hard core fellas of the prison know that they are DTF. Wish that women would adopt that philosophy!
